From our location, you can walk just about anywhere around Capitol Hill, including Volunteer Park and an amazing (lesser-known) wooded park at the end of 19th Ave. Shopping boutiques and popular dining spots between along19th Ave,15th Ave & Broadway are all within walking distance as well. Grocery stores are close by on Madison Street you have Madison Market and Trader Joe’s on 15th Ave there is a large Safeway.

Access to freeways is very easy with I-5, I-90 and 520 less than 10 minutes from the front door. Bus 12 runs on our street straight downtown and another bus down on 23rd will get you to the UW.
