EXCELLENT PLACE TO LIVE.I LOVE IT. THE POOL IS SUPER NICE, VERY RELAXING. ALMOST A YEAR LIVING HERE, FEW COMPLAINTS BUT THAT IS NORMAL WHEN YOU ARE LIVING IN A CONDO WITH OTHER PEOPLE FROM DIFFERENT BACKGROUNDS. OVERALL 5 ☆s ,MY BUILDING IS WELL TAKEN CARE OF.
Don't live here! !! My first week my water heater exploded and flooded our room, it took maintenance 3 and half days before the fixed it. ..so cold showers and my carpet began to mold. .the smell was horrible. They ended up having to replace the carpet as well... all if my items still in boxes were completely damaged my clean clothes that were in my laundry basket; soaked from the water. When u went to the office to complain Adriana kept giving me a run around to see if they would replace my items. . I finally said forget it and they gave me 20 bucks to do my laundry again. My husband and I knew we were only staying for the year so we didn't bother putting pictures up or painting, yet now the office is taking more than half of the deposit for some "mystery blue stain" in the carpet... mind you this "stain" was UNDERNEATH where our dresser was. Thank God I took pictures before I left, and am fighting for it. .. but honestly if it weren't for all this unnecessary drama then the forged signatures that the office stated were "mine" is probably the cherry on top. No paperwork was signed. No final walk through was done with maintenance, yet some miracle a flash signature pops up. The office is unprofessional, and they're all snakes. The hallways don't have AC and with the amount of money spent in this Godforsaken place you would think that the elevators wouldn't need as much repair as they do or that parking wouldn't be an issue. ..not to mention that I had truly Nolan coming weekly to spray for roaches. .. worst place ever. .my husband and I couldn't leave fast enough.
CONS: (1)- Management is lazy and/or slow to response to any issues, if at all. (2) They hire people who can't even speak English to work on the property, so if you do not know Spanish you will have problems here. (3) They allow you to bring a pet for a $750 free, $250 non-refundable. Sometimes they forget to fill up the doggie bags and the dog's poop is everywhere on the property - the management does not seem to care except there is a warning about $20-200 fine (but never enforced). (4) There are grills and people play loud music and drink on weekends and throw trash everywhere after their parties - the management does not seem to care. (5) The mail pool is full of leafs, does not get clean up. (6) Parking space is limited and does not fit all the tenants, so you will be circling around trying to find a parking spot, and if you can't not find it, you will park somewhere just to get a warning next morning "You are parked illegally and will be towed". (7) When you sign an agreement with the management, they will promise you to send a copy of the lease agreement but will never do so. You need to bug them and visit office to get a copy. (8) After you sign a lease agreement, they will tell you to go to another building who has different hours - from 1pm to 7pm - to get an entry card and a bar code for your car. Why not give the card and barcode immediately when you sign a lease agreement? No idea. You will be chasing the guy who then will tell you you need to bring a copy of car registration otherwise he won't give you a bar code or the card, so you have to chase him again and will be stopping by at the entrance every time and get a temporary entry permission that expires daily. What a pain! (9). They try to keep the building clean, however people here do not care and throw trash here and there on the floor. (10) The Gym: Does have paper towels, but no liquids to clean up after using the equipment. PROS: (1) Pets are allowed. (2) Could be close to the place of work (3) One of the pools seems to be clean - because it is far from the trees. (4) There are a few police cars on the parking lots always - it seems some police officers live here as well. So at least you get some impression it is safe. ADVICE TO MANAGEMENT: Please fix the dog's poop issue and cleanliness first, then the parking issue as the highest priority. Combine the bar code and card issuing to have it in one place!! THANKS!
This review is my second. The first one I made it about 3 months of living in this place. Now I've been here for a whole year, and I'm ready to move. So after spending here a year, I think I can speak with some authority on the subject of living at Country Club Towers of Miami. First, let me start by saying that during this year I have been tortured in this place with constant noise campaigns from the neighbors upstairs, next door, and across the hallway. (check out my youtube videos). The police officer who lives here takes walks on the parking lot with his dogs sniffing the cars. I mean have we reached the point in our society where we find this acceptable. He also engages in stalking and harassing tactics. Moreover, the orchestrated torture using the delinquents who live in this place is incredible, the dragging of furnitures from the floor above, non stop, for up to 10 minutes at a time, is incredible. And they do it even in the middle of the night 1, 2, 3 AM. So quiet ours don't apply to this building. I went and complained to the main office, and they pretty much laughed in my face. They started saying that it was the sound of the elevator coming down. What a bunch of thugs and unprofessionals at the office. Once I had that response, I never set a foot inside that office for the rest of my lease. After I made my complaint about the neighbor upstairs and the constant torture, I was forced to basically live inside my car. So I found myself sitting inside my car in the parking lot until late at night 2 or 3 AM, then I came home and slept for a while. One day I was sitting inside my car in the parking lot, and the neighbor who lives upstairs, which I complained about him, hit my car from behind while he was pulling out of his parking lot. But that was not enough, then he proceeded to leave the scene of the accident. I had to chase him down, when he finally stopped he mentioned that the damaged was not too big. I called the police, then he started lying about the accident. I mean this place is run by DCF, police engages in abusive behavior at this place and no one knows anything. The security guards are useless, the only thing they do is harass the people they want and chased them down. I saw people coming from the outside, and using the pool, the gym. They jump the fence, and the security don't even get involved. I talked to them about the noise, and they say that is a problem between neighbors. This place is something else. One day, I recall that while I was given torture, I went out of my apartment and the police was sitting there ready to come in, I guess just in case the torture goes wrong. There's a big program of mental health/behaviorist/tortures and victimizers running this place. So be careful. I've seen parents being used and their kids to engage in molestation, and stalking campaigns. During my time here I got threatened by delinquents in the parking lot (see youtube https://goo.gl/mYbdMO ) saw plenty of pot smoking going on in the parking lot. Orgies, and probably prostitution. In resume, living here is like living in a science fiction movie. There's violence, sex, and drugs. Enjoy your stay at Country Club, but I warned you there's nothing about this place that resembles the country club experience this place is named after.
If I can give no stars I would this place is horrible it reminds me of housing projects in New York trash on the hallways people vandelized my car 3 times !!! The office people are nooooo help what so ever and security worse it's way over priced and don't let the pictures fool you those are the new buildings if you live in the old buildings they are all piece of crap and parking is the worst if you come home from work late you won't find parking don't move here it's hell
