I've been a tenant at Arbor Mill's for a year and I am very pleased. The office staff is dedicated to making sure that all my needs are met in regards to any maintenance issues. I have never had any issues with my apartment nor with the staff of the complex. The staff at Arbor Mill's has made me feel at home and I look forward to spending a few more years here in this quite, quaint apartment complex. Thanks to Billy, Veronica, and Silvana for being a great staff that is hands on in making all their tenants feel at home!

I moved to Arbor Mill few months ago and like it . Its a quiet and small property. Yes, my first water bill was high, i went to the office and they send manitenance people to make sure everything was ok. they told me that the water was base on usage and if i took care of my hot water and here we are month later and my water bill decrease. so I guess it was me who needed to have control. Overall, great service.

It's an awful feeling of guilt as a parent bringing kids into this property. They are being eaten alive by the spider bites. ROACHES are taking over. There's a rolly pollie and pincher bug infestation too. Bugs are in our clothes, beds, on our ceiling, and most recently in our FRIDGE. Our water bill is over $200 monthly for our small family. We have to rush through showering because the hot water only lasts 5 minutes. All appliances are very old and my stove sparked fire when I turned it on and the fire extinguisher hasn't been changed out since 2002, so our unit would have burned down. We were also promised that our unit would be completely renovated right after we moved in. We even signed an agreement to let them enter and renovate. They never did. I have cried, my children cry, about moving here. We are terrified to sleep because of the bugs. The staff never, and I mean NEVER, answers the phone. The gate and call box are always broken or damaging someone's vehicle. How can you smile in a good family's face and allow them to move here? We are good people.

This has been the worst apartment experience I have ever had. They say everything you want to hear to get you in the door, then once you're in it's a totally different story. I've only lived here for one month. I transferred from a different Wesley owned property where things were great. The facility was clean and new. I moved because it was too far out. I was told I would be moving into a renovated apartment when I originally agreed to move. When I arrived to my apartment to move in nothing was renovated, the carpet was "cleaned" but still badly stained, appliances outdated and it feels as if I will fall through my bathroom floor at any given time(rotten foundation?). I agreed to stay in the apartment with promise that it would be renovated after 1 month only to now be told that renovations may no longer take place at this location period. That was "the straw that broke the camel's back"...I chose this location because of the renovations and lower pricing and now I'm stuck in an old, run down place with broken promises/uncertainty. They claim that corporate is working on the matter but it seems "corporate" is just some lady who sits in the back office and never speaks to tenants. Customer service is great when you're speaking to the leasing agents but terrible when it comes to resolution. I've referred at least 3 of my friends here and not everyone receives bad service so I won't say it's the customer service that is bad but it seems the renovation matter is not being communicated clearly throughout the community. I've been told that there are 25 tenants waiting on renovations, I can only imagine their frustrations. I'll make it work while I'm here but I will continue to voice my opinion.

This has been the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. They say everything you want to hear to get you in the door, then once you're in its terrible. The customer service definitely sucks, they never answer the phone and I feel they could care less about our concerns. The water bill is outrageous, this month his was higher than my electric bill! If I was the owner I would clean house. This is definitely not how a business should be ran.
