I moved to Arbor Mill few months ago and like it . Its a quiet and small property. Yes, my first water bill was high, i went to the office and they send manitenance people to make sure everything was ok. they told me that the water was base on usage and if i took care of my hot water and here we are month later and my water bill decrease. so I guess it was me who needed to have control. Overall, great service.

This has been the worst apartment experience I have ever had. They say everything you want to hear to get you in the door, then once you're in it's a totally different story. I've only lived here for one month. I transferred from a different Wesley owned property where things were great. The facility was clean and new. I moved because it was too far out. I was told I would be moving into a renovated apartment when I originally agreed to move. When I arrived to my apartment to move in nothing was renovated, the carpet was "cleaned" but still badly stained, appliances outdated and it feels as if I will fall through my bathroom floor at any given time(rotten foundation?). I agreed to stay in the apartment with promise that it would be renovated after 1 month only to now be told that renovations may no longer take place at this location period. That was "the straw that broke the camel's back"...I chose this location because of the renovations and lower pricing and now I'm stuck in an old, run down place with broken promises/uncertainty. They claim that corporate is working on the matter but it seems "corporate" is just some lady who sits in the back office and never speaks to tenants. Customer service is great when you're speaking to the leasing agents but terrible when it comes to resolution. I've referred at least 3 of my friends here and not everyone receives bad service so I won't say it's the customer service that is bad but it seems the renovation matter is not being communicated clearly throughout the community. I've been told that there are 25 tenants waiting on renovations, I can only imagine their frustrations. I'll make it work while I'm here but I will continue to voice my opinion.

This has been the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. They say everything you want to hear to get you in the door, then once you're in its terrible. The customer service definitely sucks, they never answer the phone and I feel they could care less about our concerns. The water bill is outrageous, this month his was higher than my electric bill! If I was the owner I would clean house. This is definitely not how a business should be ran.

If I could give a 0 I would. The apartment that I lived in for 30 days, was infested with roaches, mildew, and mold. I reported the living conditions to management on several occasions, to no avail. The exterminator also came in and sprayed which did not help either. My breaking point was waking up to a roach in my bed. If you can avoid this place, please do so. I moved out after 29 days.

I have been living here for 5 months, the office staff is nice except they never answer the phone. Water bill is outrageously priced and when you call the supposed number it goes straight to voicemail and nobody returns your call. I have been out of my apartment for over a month and yet my water bill of my absence is more than I have ever have to pay, for five consecutive days I've called and left message after message and nobody is returning my call. Highly unprofessional they are.
