Poor apartment complex. Rude staff and expensive rent. Does not follow through maintenance requests and only come to "visit" the apartment when they want to do so not when you want them. Thank god, I only had to stay at this apartment for 8 months due to my job and regret to this day, the day I moved here.
Have lived here for several years. Rent is very high and not worth it. The apartment manager refuses to clean my carpet without charge or repair broken blinds - damaged due to sun and normal wear and tear since apartments opened 7-8 years ago.
Love, Love, Love living here. BUT if you have noisy neighbors (or more specifically their darn dog), you will no recourse. The property manager will do nothing about the incessant barking. But the view is beautiful, the pool inviting (and never a crowd of people), and amenities galore! There is a small but cute playground for the kiddos, a pool table, ping pong table, coffee bar, nice 24-hour workout area, and a car wash area. I'm very happy here, except for that dang dog.
It may look like this place is full of luxury living, but that is all a lie. We moved in to an apartment that had a roach infestation near the dish washer. The air conditioner was constantly breaking. The power bill there was 3x more than what I pay for my current 3 bedroom 2000 square foot home. The management of this place was terrible. The only time they seemed to care what I thought was right before I signed the lease agreement. I've lived in cheaper apartments that were in no way a luxury that had better staff than this place.
Great staff. Cute place to live!
