First month was a complete nightmare. The staff does not communicate with each other making any task utter chaos. We got over charged $900+ in late fees and other unknown fees that kept stacking up without any rhyme or reason behind any fee, this was our first experience having talked to several "on site" staff members to straighten it out... it took 2 months before finally getting everything in order and our money returned. The actual living quarters is very nice and I don't have any complaints with lay out or quality. On a side note our garage door is damaged causing cold air to flow through. Upon move in this was mentioned and asked to be replaced before winter. We moved in late June and the issue was addressed once by the staff saying "a guy was on his way to check it out" we have never heard anything else of the issue and it is now pushing December. We recently had a conversation with the neighbors and they have been here almost a year and are counting the days to move out. They are also extremely unhappy with their experiences with the staff. Also, they told me the lady who lived in the house before me is being charged because the staff says they replaced the carpet in my unit.. the carpet has not been replaced in my unit and they are still battling to charge her for carpet that has never been replaced.
My family have been residents of Timbercreek East Townhomes since 2009. What I love most about this community is how peaceful it is. The professional management staff are always on top of maintenance issues. They also do a really great job at keeping the grounds/landscaping eye appealing. I highly recommend this community for a family to call home.
Awful. When we moved in the property manager was wonderful. She was so nice and helpful and was always willing to work with us. We got a new property manager and my fiance is facing a work transfer...she wants us to pay 1300 to break the lease, no deposit back, plus 2 months rent...1 and 1/2 of which we will not even be living there at all. When we faced this with our last property manager she was going to move someone in, pro-rate the time we were there for our last month, not charge us the fee to break the lease, AND give us back our deposit. I agree with the previous poster about the maintenance man as well. If you want something fixed, you would do a better job looking it up on the internet and doing it yourself. Don't move here. Their rent is crazy high as well. 2 bedrooms for 885 right now. And they raise your rent to the current rates every time you renew your lease. Needless to say, we will be moving shortly and will not be recommending timbercreek to anyone. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
Not sure where the previous reviewers were coming from. This place is fantastic. Nicest units in the area. Fabulous maintenance and leasing personnel. Wooded, private, quiet. Spacious units, almost brand new. Check it out yourselves--don't be adversely affected by Lacey and EM (the couple below). Highly recommend!
We lived here from Feb 2010 to June 2011. Loved the Landlord at the time of moving in. Times were tought and she worked with us very well. However after she left for a better job, we got this new landlord who is not nice. We were a few days late on our rent and she sent us eviction papers. The townhomes are so cheaply made the carpet is so cheap your guaranteed to lose you deposit, and the walls are so thin you can hear everything in the entire building. The maintenance man is a joke. Our hot water heater was broke for the first like 6 months we lived there. he tried fixing numerous times, finally my fiance fixed it. I will not recommend anyone to live here. The rent is outrageous and the people that live in the community don't watch their kids, we had numerous times where they would bolt out infront of us while we were driving. Awful,
