Beautiful on the inside, a dump on the inside. This place is really not worth the money. My apartment looks like it was painted by my 9 year old. The carpet, supposedly shampooed before I moved in, completely clogged my new vacuum cleaner. Appliances, to include the furnace, are old and worn out. Pets are permitted and that's fine, but many residents do not pick up after their dogs. If you apply to rent here, demand to see the apartment before you sign anything.
PLEASE READ!!!! RUN RUN RUN DON'T DO IT, TAKE THE TIME TO FIND SONEWHERE WORTH LIVING EVEN IF IT IS A FEW MORE MILES AWAY. My self aswell as others have made the choice/ mistake to make this our permanent residence. The majority of us have all came to the same conclusion that we would not allow our worst enemy to make the same mistake as we have. The location is the only upside to living here. Actually I take that back the front desk personnel are respectful, helpful, considerate and friendly. One of them has a really bad attitude all the time but deija, molly and kitty are absolutely fantastic. (there are only 4 that I know of so if I missed one I apologize it was not intentiomal). The rest of my experience with the apartment complex has been quite painful, unpleasant, displeasing and has left myself and many others extremely dissatisfied. This is not just a cry fest there are actual concerns and things that need to be addressed. This includes maintenance not being conducted when informed it would be, multiple replacements of broken equipment being replaced with broken equipment and you being charged for it, issues with being informed of proper amount of rent due, over priced, satisfaction vs value, vehicle break ins, complex not following through on resolving issues, unexpected "sur-charges" that can't be explained and much much more. I have a list put together from atleast 9 people that are unhappy with their decision to live here. Also multiple instances of people feeling as if they have been mistreated or given the run around over and over. I and a couple of others that have been trying to get the apartment complex placed on a black list so people are aware of the complex and the way they conduct business. We are only trying to do this so that people won't encounter this type of experience themselves. It is a 11 month lesson being learned and re-taught on a daily basis. So please do yourself and me a favor and find another apartment
I second previous comment on the bad to the military thing, word needs to get out on this place! Do not live here and expect that if you PCS they will just let you go without making you pay. Beware!
This place looks awesome on the outside, but its straight trash on the inside. Charge too much for so little. Pool is really small and you have to compete with all of the teenagers in the summer just to get in there. Staff is absolutely ridiculous. When you need to get a package, be prepared to take a lunch. Be prepared to get a notice every month for eviction, even when you pay on time. Be prepared to have your 300 year old neighbor who doesnt work to find a reason to call the office on you every week. Dont worry, the office is never on your side. They arent military friendly - TRUST me, you can hear your neighbors upstairs and down - you have to fight for parking - its a hot mess. Bad service, staff is rude as hell, neighbors suck, price sucks for so little, pool sucks - bad place to live. Looks nice, but might as well be section 8 housing. Maintenence are good though. Had a problem with AC during the summer, they came right when they could I mean, he was rude about it (pregnant in the summer, and this trick is being rude) - but, whatever. The apartment is tiny. The only really great things are the view in the summer for fireworks (that you pay extra for) - and the fact you can rent a washer and dryer in your unit. My dishwasher NEVER worked. I gave up on someone coming out. I have been handwashing my dishes since I moved in 4 months ago!
