How to Apply:

-Click on Rental Search on the top right
-Scroll down to the listing you want to apply for.
-Click on the apply tab in the lower right corner of that listing.
-You will then be redirected to a page with all of our listings.
-Scroll to the listing you want to apply for and click apply now
-Select if you are a tenant or co-signer.
-Click "Get Started".
-Before you finalize your application, it will give you an option to write in who you are applying with & what you are applying for.
-Each adult (anyone 18+ y.o) living in the unit, regardless of income, fills out an application separately.
-Application filled out for one property can be used for all properties! (Good for 30 days)
-A representative from our admin team will reach out via phone call or email within 72 business hours with the results and to schedule a final showing or lease signing if approved.
If your application is approved & you sign a lease, Blackstone Group will be submitting your contact information to Citizen Home Solutions, a concierge utility connection service. Citizen will contact you to assist with setting up your utilities, phone service, cable/satellite TV, and security monitoring. We strongly recommend that you deal directly with Citizen for these connections, as they are familiar with our requirements for satellite dish and cable line placement, and not following these guidelines could result in additional charges on move-out. By submitting your application, you hereby agree that Blackstone Group may provide your contact information to Citizen Home Solutions and that they may contact you if accepted.
