The property manager Linda is very disrespectful. You definitely get what you pay for here. The units r actually nice for first time renters. However it's only one bathroom in every unit no matter how many rooms. The neighborhood has actually gotten a lot better with the crime and upkeep of the actually property. The staff is horrible with communication n services once you actually get into a unit. Just wish that manager Linda fix her attitude and her approach to people. The black lady (don't recall her name but she's there as of today 4/9/16) is by far the best thing this property has.
Horrible the property manager name is Linda she is very disrespectful I called and asked for the managers name and number she told me she couldn't give me the name of her boss I want her fired
The saying you get what you pay for describes Hidden Cove apartments. They are cheap so you get cheap service, the rental staff have an i don't care attitude, the maintenance staff are slow and sometimes don't come at all, the security officers are here to secure the property(a/c units, copper, abandon units, etc.) not the residents, and the apartments are cosmetically over challenged i.e the cow gates at the front entrance. Only reason i haven't moved is because they only allow u to sign a 2 year lease and it end in the middle of the school year. You have juveniles who don't even stay in the apartments shooting craps on your steps and security says nothing you complain to the rent office and they do nothing. These are the same juveniles breaking into apartments and robbing residents. Just beware and ask the residents before you move in because your apartment will look totally different than the model that they show.
They're all over the news now regarding stolen or broken air conditioning units. In fact, one young lady reported that she moved in without the knowledge of a stolen unit!!! How do you NOT tell someone that you will NOT have cool air when summer hits? THANK GOD and great concerned consumers for reporting them to Channel 2 Action News (WSB).
I did all I could to get in here when they said they're willing to help me...when I was having problems with my current apartment, but they denied me in the end..didn't call me to tell me nothing...really hurt...I'll stay at my apartment.
