I do not live there. I was just there looking for a place. I saw they have a lot of bad review, but that did not bother me till I actually went there. OMG The stuffs in the office there are horribly rude specially the black ladies which one of them is the manager. It like they scream it out loud " COME ON IN, WE WILL TREAT YOU LIKE DIRT!" The apartment itself looks nice and new but super busy and a lot of low-incomes. Hood apartment!
lived here going on three years in phase 2 (the back). Its very quit back here. I love that we have 2 pools and a work out room. Andrews place is located in a perfect area, close to the college and all the stores. As for the office staff since the new company took over I have only had great experiences with all of the ladies in the office. They do what they have to do to keep the place running in good shape. plan on living here till I have to move back south.
I am only ten years old and every time I go to the office to pick up packages for my mom the black lady is very rude to me. There are also times when all the black children get blamed for everything like the time a pipe was broken when it was actually 2 girls which one is only a visitor who does not live here. My mom called the office to alert them when a manager arrived the 2 girls blamed the boys who were playing soccer instead of the actual culprits. My 2 sisters were playing they are 5 and 7 they were throwing sand around air-conditioner which they got punished they were wrong for it but instead of knocking on our door the manager called the police. Children have voices too.
Worse place and rudest people on earth. if you read the review and think that people have different opinions, you are wrong! This place is absolutely terrible and the manager there is second to non as far as the rudeness goes. Stay away from this place!
I have been a resident at Andrews place for 4 yrs. now. The only things that irritate me is that management is always going up on rent every year. And me being a tenet who is not on section 8 has to come out of pocket. I feel that the residents who actually pay their own bills should not be targeted to pay more rent. I pay my bills on time and I never cause any problems, I should not have to recertify an application with the state housing agency yearly because I am NOT on section 8 I feel as though they are taking advantage of the tenets that actually come out of pocket by working and paying their own rent. I really believe that as long as I'm paying my rent on time, keeping my apartment clean and doing what I'm supposed to do as a loyal resident I should not be bothered about paying more rent.... And..... I do not like that the maintenance men are prohibited to forcefully come into your apartment when you are not at home and or try to come in when you are sleeping. I truly feel as though some of the regulations and rules are again set up for people who are on a SECTION 8.I should not have to worry about having apartment inspections of cleanliness ," I am a grown woman" and recertifying yearly with state housing agency...
