I would give negative stars if I could. This is a terrible place to live in, do not live there. We were told that rent is included most of the utilities but electricity and heat, nope, that was a lie, we ended up paying for everything! Their billing is very unclear, and if you ask about the utility bills, different people will give you a different amount, and there is no way that you can find out for sure if you are being billed correctly. We moved out 4 months ago, and still could not get our security deposit back, and heard nothing from them. They will try everything they can to suck money out of you. Do not live there!!!!!!!!!!
all these reviews cannot be any more true. they've made updates to the leasing office in order to give off the appearance that they give a damn but it's all a farse. The machines in the laundry room don't work and charge a ton to be used. There is never any parking anywhere on the lot, and when you tell the staff that, they will point out a spot that is a long walk away and suggest you park there. The hallways and buildings are filthy and i have often woken up to find vomit and/or broken glass on the carpets outside or on the staircase. there are always police officers responding to the apartments and my spouse has been harassed by some of the tennants in evening hours (which is why walking really far at night from parking spots on the opposite side of the building is a bad idea) the elevator hasn't worked since i moved in, they never salt the parking lots so people are constantly slipping and falling.. i could go on for days about all the things wrong with this apartment. don't do what i did and live here because it's less expensive than the other apartments. don't trust the staff when they laugh and mention that there are a lot of negative reviews online and they refer to them as extreme. This is probably the worst place i've ever payed to live in... or ever lived in, period. Staff and management don't care and will gladly take your money while giving very little in return. They're always talking about the renovations and how awesome they are going to be but unless you spend all your time at the leasing office and pool, you won't notice any of it.
Often times you hear that tenants write reviews only when things are bad, I have never wrote a apartment review in my life. But I wish I could have something positive to say about this place. The interior upkeep is alarming the laundry room is filthy, hallways has a awful odor, the fitness room is a piece of crap, the indoor swimming pool and hot tub never works, the bug problem oh my god the bug problem is terrible through out the apartment complex, maintenance is awful. I called on a water leak in my bathroom 6 months ago. They patched the walls but never fixed the water issue, leaving debris and mud tracks through out my apartment. Guess what 6 months later the water issue still exist. When ever you consult with apartment managers regarding the layers of problems you only here excuses "the building is old where trying our best". Listen my job requires me to be on the road 3-4 times a week. I am not from the area so I believed that I found a reasonable place and if there is a problem I would never recognize it. Boy was I wrong. Do yourself a favor continue looking this is probably the worst place on your list.
This is not a good place to live. Before signing my lease I was lied to about the average cost of the water, gas, trash etc. The management charges the community for the bill there are 360 units and the bill is divided among all the units. It is quiet unclear what they pay for. I received my first bill and it was over 300.00 dollars. For someone living in a 1bd apartment there is no way that I can use that much water. Management cleared the bill up but still the bill was over 100.00 dollars. The buildings have bad leaking problems. The amenities ok, the pictures on the website are deceiving. There is mold in the racket room as well as the party room due to the warm moisture from the pool. The only thing I do enjoy are my neighbors. Very friendly people live here
NEGATIVE STARS!!!!!! HORRIBLE PLACE!!! DO NOT RENT HERE! BUYER BEWARE! FALSE ADVERTISING/DECEPTIVE MARKETING/PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT LIARS The leasing agent we spoke with, when asked what essential utilities we would have to pay, told us, and I quote " ONLY ELECTRIC, AND OF COURSE THE OPTIONAL CABLE PHONE AND INTERNET". Ok the place seemed cool, so we put in application fees, and put down a security deposit as well. When we were about to sign the "E-Lease" I carefully reviewed it and took many notes about all the discrepancies between what Anna TOLD us and what was IN THE LEASE. I was shocked, angry, horrified, and just very insulted that she told me she never said what she said to me and my husband. English is our first language. We do not have hearing problems at all. We heard her clearly. When I asked her about it she was fake and rude and told me " I would NEVER have said that, Im sorry if you are confused." Wow. What an insulting slap in the face. Do you know HOW MANY GREAT RENTAL OPPORTUNITIES WE PASSED UP BECAUSE WE THOUGHT WE FOUND THIS GREAT PLACE???????????? Oh my goodness. These people are horrible. The basement hallway smells like cat pee. The hallway carpet is coming up at the seams. I also heard they have bed bug problems. The fitness center has very little equipment. It is NOT WHAT YOU WANT! I have NEVER been so insulted in ALL MY LIFE. Insinuating that I am confused, rather than admitting that you lied to my face, wow. You will have to pay a percentage of THE ENTIRE BUILDING UTILITIES which is NOT FAIR! Yes thats right, you will be paying ELECTRIC, HEAT, WATER, SEWER, TRASH, CABLE PHONE, INTERNET, GARAGE FEES. Also, if they upgrade anything during the year you first get there, they will most definitely up the rent the next year. This is NOT a good place to be. Unless of course you like for people to lie to you. It wasnt clear to me if a LOCK on your DOOR was even included in your rent! I was fed all sorts of bologna so who knows what else was falsified on that lease. There kept being more fees that we were not told up front. There is a "redecoration fee" of $150 so they actually charge you to repaint and clean the carpet of the PREVIOUS TENANTS WOW WOW WOW WOW! THEY ARE OFF THE CHAIN! NOT PROFESSIONAL! LIARS! BOYCOTT! DO NOT LEASE HERE! EXPECT TO SEE SOMETHING DIFFERENT ON YOUR LEASE THAN WHAT YOU DISCUSS WITH THE LEASING AGENT.
