We strive to keep our property and apartments maintained and modern. This apartment has a new ceiling fan, new vanity sink, faucet and drain, new window blinds, new baseboard throughout, new electrical fixtures and a new water heater.
All of our apartments have wood-burning fireplaces to warm up by during the chilly winter months. The large deck (approximately 90 square feet!) is perfect for relaxing in the outdoors and enjoying some fresh air, overlooking our large courtyard.
We have laundry room very close to this apartment, with up-to-date, high-capacity washers and dryers (coin-op and app-based).
We do allow cats and do not charge "pet rent." Sorry, we do not permit dogs.
Parking is reserved* and included in your rent. *IMPORTANT: We have very limited parking at this time, so we can only offer one reserved parking space per apartment. We do have limited visitor parking available on a first-come, first serve basis.
Water/Sewer/Garbage is a monthly fee of $75.00.
Located just north of downtown Bothell on Bothell Way NE, we are two blocks from McMenamins Anderson School and a ten minute walk from all the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants of Downtown Bothell. We offer a perfect location for commuting, close to SR522, I405 and I5. Rather bus or bike? Bothell Park and Ride is a fifteen minute walk (or shorter bus ride) away, as is the Sammamish River Trail / Burke Gilmann Trail.
