We're looking for someone to take the fourth bedroom in our LGBT friendly house. Move in date is September 1st (we might be able to have a day or two in advance). The room comes with an attached bathroom, a walk-in closet, and has half-vaulted ceilings. The house has a washer/dryer, a two car garage, a well-shaded and fenced front patio (as well as a separate side patio), lots of cabinets, a spacious kitchen, fireplace, and a backyard with a gate to a short offshoot of the Davis Greenbelt. It is located in a nice neighborhood with lots of trees in close proximity to the Pole Line/Covell Nugget marketplace.

My name is Ana and I'm a senior in Electrical Engineering at Davis. My two housemates are Alana (who has two adorable twin cats) and Patrick who both recently graduated from Merced with majors in Political Science and Chemistry respectively. We like cooking and climbing with each other and are planning on keeping an herb garden in the backyard. We're also planning on getting a fire pit for the front yard and already have an outdoor table set to have outdoor dinners (the patio is right off the kitchen). We'd like a housemate that would want to watch Netflix with us (we like all sorts of shows and movies) and enjoys sharing a house with friends.
