If I could give it a 0 I would. Don't even bother filling out work orders cause it takes days or weeks or never to even happen. If you're expecting to swim when summer begins, add 2 months to that date and then maybe all the pools will be open. Also, leases are supposed to be 1 year. Not a year and an extra 20 days. Which I heard one of the management staff tell another staff member, "when you make a lease it has to be exactly a year from the date they moved in" after they just told me a move out date 20 days late and said it can not be changed. Almost done, and they lose your checks sometimes which is lovely. And don't be deceived by the gates, they get hit or break every other day. Oh but if you love tons of bugs, this is the place for you!

To begin, I am not typically a high maintenance or negative person. This review will be as raw as possible. I have lived here for a total of four years while I attended university. Now that I have graduated, I am more than excited to leave this slump, joke of an apartment complex. From the very first day that I moved here, the air conditioning shook like a freight train and rarely actually worked. After 6 separate work orders, they finally came out and fixed the air conditioning. Note, they did not fix the dishwasher. No, in fact, the dishwasher took a total of 4 months to get fixed. Fast forward to 2 years ago when I moved across the street from a 2 bedroom to a one bedroom. Ok... First, the staircase was not attached to the wall. As you walked up the stairs, they would sway back and forth as though they could collapse at any moment. We made note of this and were told that it would be fixed before I moved in. Well, it never got fixed. In fact, I went to Home Depot, purchased the bolts myself (for which I was never reimbursed or even apologized to for) and fixed the staircase on my own. Also when I moved in, there was a major leak above my vanity and mold in the carpet from the leak. Again, "It will be fixed before you move in" they claimed. 8 months later, yes 8 MONTHS later, they finally "fixed" it. Well, little to my surprise, it began leaking again and has caused more mold. I have spoken to Carla about it for the past three days now and shave still not heard a definite answer. I went out of town for a week to come home to an 88 degree apartment. The AC has gone out 3 times in the last two months and they have still not come out to fix it properly. When I first moved in to this apartment, the first week, I fell through the bathtub through a patch that had rotted out. I scraped my foot, but was not seriously injured. It took them four days to "fix" the tub. The tiles on the wall fell off from water damage and had to be fixed a separate time. I recon that I have had more than 75 work orders in the 4 years I have lived here. Do yourself a favor, and stay away from this dump! Seriously, do not even think about living here. I wish I could sit outside their doors and protest any new residency, but I have a job of my own.
