Great community to live in and be a part of. The apartment homes are well priced and well appointed. The complex is close to most things and access is easy with public transportation. There is a shuttle to the Metro and the driver, Asafa, is a wonderful human being, true salt of the earth. The guy I leased from, Dan was great too. Always handled all requests in a timely and efficient manner. If ownership knows what's up, they'd put him in charge of the place. He makes what could be a generic living experience seem custom tailored, warm, and engaging. Nothing feels more like home than being rememberd and called by your name when you enter the office. My only negatives are parking and recycling. Recycling must be brought all the way to the underground garage. Parking is fine for residents, but the guest policy is kinda wonky. Not sure how to fix it, but if Dan were in charge, I'm sure he would be able to. All in all, a great living experience I would reccomend to anyone moving to DC/VA/MD area.
Great garden style apartments. I've lived here for 3 years and have no complaints. Close to a park, with a fenced in dog area. These apartments are very pet friendly, and it seems everyone has a dog. Most of them were recently re-modeled with hardwood floors and new appliances. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend these apartments to friends.
Nice place to live. Responsive staff, nice pool, gym, and appliances. They offer a shuttle to the Pentagon city metro for no extra cost and the area has some great restaurants and stores nearby.
I lived in Archstone Columbia Crossing for two years and I had to move out to MD as I didn't need to be so close to DC and pay the premium for that. I was very happy in the two years that I lived at Columbia Crossing. The location was great and the management worked hard to make the place nice and clean. There are grocery stores, cleaners, banks, post office and anything one needs within walking distance to the community. Considering the age of the building, amenities and the location, I believe the rents were reasonable and the management was doing everything to make the residents happy. In the two years that I was living in Columbia Crossing, I didn't have any problems that some people have mentioned in their reviews. The few times that I needed any services, the maintanence response was quick and things were fixed to my satisfaction. I have nothing but good things about the Archstone Columbia Crossing and if I ever need to live close by DC and pay compatible rents, I would consider Archstone .
This is a nice place to live. Rent is a little too high. Gym is quite small.
