We are our own little Community right off of Greenville Road in Hopkinsville KY. We offer spacious living at a reasonable price. Your new home has a black stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer dryer hookups. (Laundry facility located minutes away if you don't have your own washer and dryer) We have 2 large playgrounds located on our property. We do accept pets to exclude viscous breeds. We have a large open area located in the back of the property that you’re welcome to walk your pets in or to play football or kickball. We are a friendly community and the Manager lives on site.
Our local schools are MLK Elementary, North Drive Middle, and Christian County High School. We are minutes away from the Pennyrile Parkway and Fort Campbell Army Post. The public school will pick your child up inside our community.
