If not taken care of by lazy owners should be by groundskeeping. In the end Parker HIlltop is a megacomplex who's chief concern is profit. They have 456 Apartments and if you average them at $1500 per unit, they are bringing in >$684,000/Month. With this kind of revenue you'd expect them to have nicer amenities and keep up on groundskeeping. With the cost of the apartment, in combination with the deplorable parking, Parker Hilltop becomes an inferior living option in the Greater Denver Metro Area. Look elsewhere you will find a better deal. P.S. If you are from out of state stay there. You people have wrecked CO!
Thieves. Discriminate on a rental application and won't refund the $100 application fee. Guess what - you aren't so high and mighty that you get to act better than the rest of the world. Do you get a kick out of stealing from two young adults who work hard for their money? My fiance (age 24) has a misdemeanor on his record from when he was a MINOR. This has never caused us problems before. We previously rented a 3 bedroom, 3 car garage home and had no problems getting approved. My record is squeaky clean and my credit is very good for my age. We will be pursuing this. Get some morals and start acting a little more human. Greed will only bring you unhappiness.
Your experience here won't even feel human. All screening, application processes, and contractual obligations are through some corporate office. This makes it extremely convenient for Parker Hilltop's management to wave you off and say you're not their problem. I've actually had the office manager refuse to talk to me because I frustrated her with legitimate questions. Unreal, stay far away.
Management unresponsive to basic needs, like a working refrigerator. But they will be quick to nickel and dime you to death. Oh, and if you have a parking permit don't park in a unassigned reserved spot. Instead of calling you they'll tow your car to Brighton for a convenience fee of 236.32. Such pleasant people, I hope the gods of karma give them everything they give to the customers they are supposed to serve.
Great amenities, and they offer resident days with free food or massages. My only critique is all of the kids in the hot tub from morning until evening, but that is my only critique. It is quiet, clean, beautiful, and everything was as promised.
