Thieves. Discriminate on a rental application and won't refund the $100 application fee. Guess what - you aren't so high and mighty that you get to act better than the rest of the world. Do you get a kick out of stealing from two young adults who work hard for their money? My fiance (age 24) has a misdemeanor on his record from when he was a MINOR. This has never caused us problems before. We previously rented a 3 bedroom, 3 car garage home and had no problems getting approved. My record is squeaky clean and my credit is very good for my age. We will be pursuing this. Get some morals and start acting a little more human. Greed will only bring you unhappiness.
Management unresponsive to basic needs, like a working refrigerator. But they will be quick to nickel and dime you to death. Oh, and if you have a parking permit don't park in a unassigned reserved spot. Instead of calling you they'll tow your car to Brighton for a convenience fee of 236.32. Such pleasant people, I hope the gods of karma give them everything they give to the customers they are supposed to serve.
Great amenities, and they offer resident days with free food or massages. My only critique is all of the kids in the hot tub from morning until evening, but that is my only critique. It is quiet, clean, beautiful, and everything was as promised.
I absolutely love our apartment. We are on the top floor (and yes it sucks to walk up the stairs) but its worth it!! The view of the mountains from my patio is amazing! We have 9ft vaulted ceilings, nobody above us to worry about (which is why we wanted the top floor). You get what you pay for in life. We used to live in a place where we had cheap rent and it was awful! We chose to upgrade at Parker Hilltop and see how it was. The staff is SUPER FRIENDLY! Amenities are amazing! 24 HR gym for FREE! Gorgeous pool, kid pool, hot tub! Plenty of grass for kids to play on, not to mention a HUGE playground area. I LOVE living here and am happy with the rent and what I am getting for it!
I have lived here now for almost 2 years, I have had 1 issue after another. I lived on the 4th floor for the first year and a half or so and had issues with Mold in all the windows in the house and when I asked about getting it taken care of I was told that I live in an apartment and should expect things like this. the windows and doors are not sealed very well so you can feel the drafts especially in the winter. I now live in a newly renovated apartment and have had nothing but problems since I have moved in. The cabinet doors fall off all the time, the floors are nice to look at but hold all the noise you can possibly hold. I hear EVERYTHING that our neighbors do including using their bathroom. I have a bee hive on my deck now for almost 2 weeks, they came out to "spray" it but never sealed the pillar that the bees have used as the source for the hive. I dont even want to get started on the pool area. People are smoking at the pool with signs all over saying no smoking and WE as residents have to say something to them as no one from the office does anything to stop this, the other rules at the pool are ignored and no one does anything at all, the saying is "it's all fun and games till someone gets hurt" thats whats gonna happen at this pool with people jumping from the hot tub all day long into only 5 feet of water, someone is going to get hurt in a huge way. The lights in the pool have not worked since I moved in 2 years ago, the water is more green then blue most days, and with the lights in the pool, they are just hanging out of the wall with wires and everything just dangling there. We have 2 hottubs, one never works, the other one breaks more then it works, the jets havent worked all year long. It could be a beautiful place to live if it was taken care of better, it is NOT worth the rent you pay to live here.
