I've lived at River Oaks Apartments since Fall 2014 and have loved every minute of it. I started the process of buying house and ended up buying one sooner than I thought...like a year sooner than I thought! I have a 1 year lease that I'm looking for someone to take over.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the first building which means that the grounds by the apt are always well maintained and super close proximity to dumpsters and the mail. What I'll miss the most is the amazing balcony and all of the trees surrounding the apartment. Everything about the apartment is huge. Closets, bedroom, balcony, etc. You'll also love the fireplace and ceiling fans in every room! W&D included. Large garden tub, ample storage in the bathroom, garbage disposal and a great pantry.

River Oaks is about 10-15 minutes from lots of great spots around town (campus, airport, Grandview, Short North, downtown, Tuttle) but far enough away that it's a nice retreat from your busy life.
