My wife and I have been living here for a year now and it has been a great experience. We moved from Puerto Rico on last February and selected Windsor after viewing over 30 other apartments in Raleigh and Cary. We can't be happier with our decision. Our apartment is beautiful, we are close to a lake, the amenities are great and well maintained, and the staff always make you feel welcomed. This complex is close to everything, you can find movies, stores, malls, a walking trail around a beautiful lake and great places to eat just around the corner, and it is less than 20 minutes commute to Downtown Raleigh and main malls in Raleigh and Durham. The service is great, specially we are very grateful to Ximena who always receive you with an smile and always is willing to help and give that extra mile that makes Windsor unique. I fully recommended! Congratulations to all!
I don't normally review online but when I saw all the poor reviews recently I had to say something about my experience! I have enjoyed living in this community. The staff is friendly and professional - they always repair things promptly and with no hassle. Everyone I have interacted with on the staff has been fantastic. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because of the other tenants. As expected when living in an apartment, neighbors can be noisy - overhead and sometimes outside. This is not the case for all buildings so just be mindful of where you move as the windows are not very sound resistant! Occasionally be tough to find a parking spot close by. Despite the shortfalls of apartment community living, our family feels safe here and we are happy to live in this community for the time being.

Do not live here! Windsor was a pretty nice place when Riverstone owned the complex, but since the new company took over it has gone downhill. The office is very unorganized. After the switchover it took them a couple months to finally have rent/utility bills organized, on time, and correct. We would constantly have notices posted to our door that we were going to be charged for leaving bicycles, strollers, etc outside of our apartment .... none of which we even owned. It was other renters in our building that would leave their belongings outside, yet we were threatened with fines. They tell you they will take care of something and then nothing happens. The new manager is extremely rude. I tried discussing a small issue with her and she interrupted me and raised her voice at me every time I attempted to explain myself. The way she talked to me was extremely disrespectful and belittling. I have lived in apartment complexes in the Greensboro area and Cary and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had.
I have lived here for the past year. The place is decent. Feels safe and has lots of trails for walking around. It's really convenient to crossroads and just about any store you can imagine. However, the actual apartments are kind of cheaply built. My room shared a wall with the stairwell, and I heard everything that happened in the hallways, people coming and leaving, walking up and down the stairs, etc. The neighbors always kept to themselves, but this was fine by me. The pool area is nice, but they are extremely strict about having a pool pass and will come check multiple times a day. Overall, I'd say it suited the basic needs.
