We moved here less than 2 months and not happy with the garage they gave to us,, it is right next to garbage area and the smell gets in to my car,,, and also the garage is smaller than the others,i have a problem parking it in the garage and so i have to wait for my husband to do it everyday,,, it is a everyday burden to us dealing with that garage and smell from garbage.and when rain comes the water get inside the garage too... we requested the office for many times for moving to another one and they always telling us "they could not do anything about it".... so there is no solution on our complaint and really unhappy with that.. as of now,, i cannot recommend this complex to my friends because i myself is not satisfied and no solution with my complaint...
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I can't wait to get out of this place. It is terrible .. Management could care less about anyone's concerns once a lease has been signed. If you want to live in place where you can feel safe -- this is not the place for you
UUUUUUUGH! if i could give 0 stars i would!!!! We have lived here for almost 2 years.... the first was great and i even recommended it to friends, but now things are unlivable. The leasing office tried to tell us we are not allowed to do several things when none of them are mentioned in the lease, and since we made it clear that we know our rights they have been intentionally harassing us! We have had work orders for repairs needed completely ignored till we personally came down and made a stink, and worst of all to night i parked my car in front of my garage instead of inside because my nose was bleeding so much that i did not feel like i could park inside without damaging my car, self and garage. In the amount of time that it took me to get my nose to stop bleeding profusely and get cleaned up, my car had been towed... no phone call, nothing. and the office always says "nothing we can do about it... sorry" to any complaint we have.... do not move here under any circumstances!!!!!
I have been living there for eight years and my experience is outstanding !!. The maintenance of the apartments is perfect , any problem is solved immediately because they have a great team, full of technical knowledge, with high responsibility values. The most recent big project is about renewing all apartments, completely new kitchens, new floors, new washers and dryers and so on. Last year new exterior paint and new garage doors all around the place. It seems that they invest a lot of money in improvements every time !! The outdoor maintenance is also great, clean with beautiful landscapes. The office team is unbelievable awesome efficient !! , big heart persons always ready to help and fix any problem that you can have. You feel there that is not an "all about money" management , in the office you can feel you are "part of the family" !! I definitely recommend this place , I had have there a very happy life . THANK YOU SIENA PEOPLE !!!! .
I would strongly advise against move anywhere near osterman Rd in lake forest. I have lived in 2 different apartment complexes on this street (Siena Terrace and Bellecour)in the last 3 years and there has been an exponentially increasing occurrence of break ins and robberies over the last year! I have lived here for 3 years now and besides having my garage broken into twice, myself, my roommate and my co worker (whom I recommended siena terrace) cars have been broken into one time each in the last 6 months. (parking passes stolen, glove boxes raided, my roommate had his stereo, steering wheel and drivers seat stolen!) To be fair two of the cars were broken into on the street (Osterman Rd) below the complex but that is because parking in this complex is such a nightmare in most cases you have no other choice! With that said here is a little information about siena terrace. Overall the apartments themselves are not that bad they do show their age in design but overall the grounds are well maintained, the staff is friendly and generally speaking its a fairly quiet neighborhood. Keep in mind you are living in close quarters with other people so your neighbors will dictate how quiet your area is. My Biggest complaint besides the constant fear of coming home to a burglarized garage, is parking. The Parking situation here is a complete joke with the entire property only allowing roughly 24 guest parking spots... This means jockeying for a "6pm" parking spot usually begins around 5:15pm but beware they will occasionally tow cars that park early but hardly often enough to detour the residents from stealing these spots as soon as they get home. As few nice features of this complex is the fact they contain their own washer and dryer on the patio, have two pools and two "gyms" one is a cardio center the other a weight room both freshly remodeled. They also have a tennis court, half basketball court and beach volleyball court which all seem to get regular use. So all in all Siena Terrace is a moderately priced community with a good staff and nice grounds however it seems as though the few residents that are committing crimes have no intention of stopping so with that said I would stay away from this area and probably look farther up the up in Foothill ranch or even Rancho Santa Margarita if you don't mind the drive.
