Overall has been pretty good. The actual property is well maintained and there are no insect problems. They offer all of the usual amenities like washer/dryer in-unit, pool, gym, etc. and even have a dog park! I really like how big the closets are and my kitchen is super cute. The bad is that the back gate is consistently broken and sometimes the front doesn't open which is so frustrating! There is no hot tub and the grills never seem to heat up hot enough, so I've given up on trying to use them. The surrounding neighborhoods are SUPPPPPER shady but inside the complex is safe and I never see anyone sketchy walking around inside. Also, I think almost $1300 is steep for what it is and where it is. A decent place though!
Lived here for a year, no complaints really. Newer looking apartments, spacious, nice gym, plenty of parking. Would consider moving back.
Terrible! Terrible! Terrible service! We just finished our lease and wanna take a look at 4225, I found it online and it looks pretty nice from the photos...However..I forgot that photos can lie! Today we drove 30 mins here at 5:30pm, 30 mins before its closed. We walked into the office and there was only one guy sitting there and playing his cellphone. We talked a few mins and I believe he's the worst guy I've ever met in any leasing office anywhere. It seems he couldn't care less about your business...After asking me some rude questions he show me around but I was totally not in mood after our conversation. When I'm in the sample room, he was standing there and playing cellphone, without any introduction...When I tried to ask him some questions about the community such as the parking spot, gym, etc, he gave me extremely brief answer no more than 1 word, like: Yep. No....I ended up telling him: you are so unprofessional, I can't believe you worked here for 3 years... And also, I believe that bad service must be a nightmare to the current residents living there!!!
The area itself is crime infested and the management team is sub par at best. The issues that we have faced have been an overall headache. I would not reccommend this place to anybody whatsoever. If you are reading this run!!!! if you are willing to pay 1000+ monthly for rent/bad management you should definitely save yourself the headache and move to a more secure a safe location. I can't stress how many times I have left the complex and seen guns drawn, streets blocked off, squad cars directly outside of the premises.
I only lived here for 4 months, thank God. They call this place a luxury residence. Why? Because they play hip music around the pool? Don't let the facade fool you this place is far from luxurious. I mean come on, its at 44th and McDowell. When someone closed the door to their unit it felt like the whole place was going to come crashing down. The walls are so thin I can hear what the guy is watching on TV 3 units over 2 stories down. The units are placed in a U-shape so you can even hear the people on the unit across from you while they are drinking beer out on the patio at midnight while there baby is crying.. The plumbing is PVC, is that even allowed any more? They email you (on the first) what your rent is for the month and you have to pay it the same day or you will get a 50 dollar late fee. I'm sorry if i cant drop what I'm doing to pay your bill within 24 hours to avoid getting a late fee. And now that I am all moved out they sent me a final bill and two days later a collections letter. What the heck! 'not one to write reviews (I've never done one before) and I.m most definitely not a picky person. I was so fed up with the place I decided to give it a shot. Just trying to save some people from the hassle I had. Maybe if they didn't try to pass it off as luxury living i wouldn't have bee no irritated.
