No shared living. This apartment has it's own private entry and was nicely up-to-date with carpeting, ceramic tile, full kitchen with eating area with dishwasher and washer-dryer. Plus it's conveniently located close to the downtown shops and restaurants. Nice find in the Historic District and a cute downtown apartment.
