very disappointed in repairs, my wife and i have had mold in our apartment for months, management has been a wear of this as well as the property owner, very little efforts in removing or treating the mold has been done, we have been told by maintenance to open the window in our bathroom "during the winter" when taking a bath or shower to reduce the timeline in the mold reoccurring. We ask if we could break the lease and find somewhere else to move due to our 2 small children less than 10 years of age and were told we had to pay an extra month of rent to move out even with the moldy conditions... although we don't have the money to move and pay an extra month of rent our children safety takes priority and we have to both work doubles to move out...but paying the extra money to break the lease so we can move out is well worth it.
If I was you I wouldn't move here unless your desperate. Moving here is like moving to the swats of the heights. The rent is a good price if you like to pay for Rude neighbors not only upstairs above you but next door to you and live in ants. I called maitnance for the ants 6 times and they never came to fix my issue. I called management for the loud noises above me and next door to me. They told me security wasn't on duty until 6 so I should wait until then to talk to anyone about the noise. I then had a maitnance man who just loved to come into my apartment and use water and eat MY food out of MY fridge. Oh and management WOW they were great! Ms Thompson doesn't like communicating on the phone so all she does is write notes.(you'll know it's her she's the one with all the make-up caked on her face.) She screens her phone calls and will have the people who answer the phone lie and say she's off or on the phone or at lunch, SMH whatever you do don't move here. I had to break my lease to get out of that rat hole it was like living in a sewer.
I lived there for 5years and love the queitness and cleaniness of the property. The rent very affordable.
