Was ok when I moved here approx two years ago. Recently we moved to a new unit in same community and saw their real face. Now they fine you unnecessarily based on fabricated lies. They said that I that there was noise coming from my apartment and patrol guard went to my apartment and talk to a lady to keep the voice low. The whole incident never happened. When I confronted Community manager, who claims to be professional, suggested that my wife may be afraid of me to tell. They lie at your face twist facts and always in denial mode projecting and acting that they are doing everything right. Not only dozens of laws are broken but the behavior is totally in human.
There are so many things wrong with this complex. The front office will ignore your calls, you can call and watch them ignore your call and walk in right after and they will say that they were busy when no one was in the office. Manager Christina will lie right to your face with a smile. Don't expect to get anything fixed by maintenance, you can leave messages in english and spanish with no reply, and if you do get lucky and get them to come try and fix your AC in the middle of summer they will wait at the bottom of your steps and say they tried to fix your stuff when they never even came in your apatment, and if you got lucky enough where they actually knocked om your door and you let them in theh never wanted to leave your apatment. Also do not expect a deposit back at all no matter how clean your apartment is DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID, DO NOT GO TO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX.
First off, I want to say that Danielle from the front office is AMAZING, but that is about the only amazing thing about this place. We got the keys on a Friday came in to look at the place, it was FILTHY! I couldn't go in and complain right away because they were closed by the time I saw it. Then they didn't open until we pretty much had everything moved in already. They said they had someone come and clean it.... then why did I have to clean it again? My son is an infant and crawls around on the floor and his legs turn black from crawling! They gave us a coupon to have them come clean the carpets, after all of our stuff is here so they are just going to go around our furniture. FILTHY! Then we moved our stuff in on Saturday morning. We left for an hour and a half on Sunday morning and when we came back our apartment had been broken into! They broke the window to get in and yes stole our stuff. Had to wait for the office to open, they didn't really care when I went to tell them that not only know am I not happy because it was FILTHY, but now I don't feel safe! It was supposed to be our sons room but now it's not because I am to worried it is going to happen again. I begged them to let us move into a different apartment because it hadn't even been 24 hours! I was told that the manager couldn't be reached because it was the weekend and they don't work on weekends. I am sorry as a supervisor myself even on my days off I am available for emergencies! Not friendly at all. So then on Monday my husband went in to talk to one person they said yes let's see what's available, he asked her if it would cost more and she said no because she felt very bad for everything that has happened. So then he goes in 2 days later because they said they found an apartment for us, they tell him it's going to cost like $60 more a month! What the F****? You told us it wouldn't number one. Number two your prices are already expensive you can't discount that for us? Come on... If this place has this many people that live here you can afford to help us out a little! Then the next day my husband received an email from them saying many cars have been broken into..... If you are looking for an apartment my advice for you: DO NOT PICK THIS ONE! RUN WHILE YOU CAN
beyond upset with this place. i am medially perscribed marijuana and legally have my card. because it was at one point a felony on my record(witch it no longer is) they denied us. they are discriminating against my medical needs and say that it is drug related.. if i have my medical card at that point it is no longer a drug it is medicine.. how can you shut someone down because they are perscribed something that is no longer a drug.? im beyond upset. this place not only did that but is outrages with their prices on a place that is so small you cant move around in it. At this point im kinda glad we didnt get into this place.
Do you love scorpions, spiders and bed bugs? Do you like being treated like a criminal? Do you like finding yourself the victim to shady-business tactics? Do you HATE great service? If so, you've found the right place. They provide the absolute worst service you'll ever receive, DO NOT GIVE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS. Overly-excessive fees charged, no exceptions or explanations. Payments through their website are not reliable and will cost you over $100 the day you're informed/notified. You're UNABLE to speak with any managers with any authority directly. Maintenance requests can take upwards of 8 weeks to complete. It took 2 months for them to resolve my ice-maker not working. After 4 visits to the front office I finally was able to get a replacement for my refrigerator door (maintenance guys never show up on time.) On another occasion it took over a month to get a light-bulb for my living room, which when I did, it was a used one that only lasted two weeks. There's always new employees in there, they don't seem to have any employee retention at all. The lady that works doing simple requests in the front office is down-right rude and snappy. Service is down-right piss-poor, avoid it at all costs.
