King St. metro is on the Blue and Yellow lines and it’s just a quick 10 minute ride to Pentagon City, Crystal City and a 20 minute ride into DC.

Parking space is available for rent for an additional $100 per month and building’s move-in-fee is $250.

A discount in rent and a move in fee is available for a long term lease (2 years +).

One small pet is negotiable, and will require a $400 deposit and an additional $40 per month in pet rent.
