They redid the insides which look nice, especially if you've looked at other apartments in the area. The laminate floors (at least in mine) were never coated so any moisture that gets between the boards makes it bubble. Such as near the dishwasher where you're going from the sink to the dishwasher, obviously water is going to be on the floor. Now that they've been in for a few years, they squeak terribly. And forget about winter with these floors. The salt from the parking lot gets tracked in and flies across your floor. It gets everywhere, and again with the moisture. There's no garbage disposal. There's not near enough storage in the kitchen. I bought a separate cabinet to use as a pantry and went to home depot to have boards cut to add shelves to the cabinets. The sink and the toilet are so far apart I kept the toilet paper on the back of the toilet. It would've been hard enough for an adult to reach, out of the question if you have kids. It can get a little ghetto, especially in the summer when people are out more. Kids running around and screaming, adults blasting music (rap of course) in the parking lot. Some amenities you'd like, they don't have here. There's barely any grassy areas, no grills, no play area for kids, no pool. Nothing but parking lot and apartment buildings. For $900, not worth it. Big turn over in this place. people not resigning their leases. I'm on the second floor and that used to be below me said their heat bill in the winter was outrageous. The best thing about this place is Silverwood park nearby. They definitely charge for location as it is nicely centralized.
