DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!! I lived here for 3 years and it was truly the worst place I could have lived. I agree with all the other reviews. The maintenance department is awful. Nothing gets fixed. NOTHING! The leasing office is outrageous as well. I've dealt with cockroaches (due to the person underneath me being a hoarder), my carpet smelling like 50 animals went to the bathroom on it, no heat when it was -10 for 9 days, then, heat all the time when I never turn my heat on (yet my apartment is 80-90 degrees every day), and after 3 years of living there, they are taking my $300 security deposit, AND charging me an additional $400 for the carpet and cleaning!!! RIDICULOUS!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I will be fighting the additional charges tooth and nail.
Truly hated living here. They expect move in ready when you leave the apartment but do not have it move in ready when you move in. We had a slew of things wrong written down that never got fixed. I went the entire lease term with no closet doors, a drawer missing in the kitchen, etc. We made three different calls for an outlet that was a danger hazard. Then, the floor above leaked water into our apartment ceiling and caused MOLD and they vehemently denied it yet took white paint spray to cover the mold. If I could give this place a zero star, I absolutely would. Be warned.
Worse place to live, horrible people skills and they do not do fix anything. Im currently on the lease until july. After that i will never return here. I had my car in my private parking spot (not regular parking spot) that i paid for every month and just because i had a flat that i didnt know about. Without notice or anything they towed my car 3 days after i paid my rent. So they know i cant afford it. Worst place ever!!!
So far I'm incredibly disappointed! Moved in (April 30,2015) and the place was grimey and dirty and smelled like trash. When we signed our lease we were warned about insect infestations...gross. Also, the woman that helped us blatantly lied to us(our fault for trusting her I guess)... There is in fact a small child above us and below us.... Why would you put small children on the third floor of an APARTMENT COMPLEX?? I get the feeling we will be ending our lease early.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We moved in April of 2013 and moved out by August 2013. First off, when we went to move in the apt we moved into was NOTHING like the one we were shown when we put in our apps and deposit. It was FILTHY. The whole apartment was NASTY. Called the leasing office and they sent out a cleaning crew. We HAD to be out of our current place that day and had no where else to go while they cleaned. We couldn't even start moving our boxes in because it needed to be cleaned. Had to move our whole house to a friends drive way since we were told it would be a couple hours until the cleaning crew got there and then another hour or two for them to clean it. When we got the OK to start moving our stuff in, IT WAS STILL DIIIIRRRTTYYY! Yes, the cleaning crew had come but they did a LAZY job. They had to come BACK out! FINALLY got our stuff moved in and got a real look around the apt. The lock on our sliding door was broke, the wood paneling around the glass on the smaller balcony door was broken off, no plug for the bath tub, air conditioner didn't work AT ALL. Would run but not work. Our apt was constantly in the 90's (I have pics of the therm.) and our daughter would wake up from naps soaked in sweat. Called for them to come do a walk through (WHICH THEY SHOULD'VE DONE AT LEASE SIGNING SO WE COULD NOTE WHAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED AND WHAT WAS BROKE BEFORE WE MOVED IN SO WE WOULDN'T GET BLAMED) They got NOTHING fixed the entire time we were living there even though I called on a weekly basis to find out what was going on. In July we were BROKEN INTO while my wife was home with our 1 year old daughter. She was physically attacked. Police were called and an investigation was done. No one was arrested unfortunately. Was working with the Victims Advocate to get us out of the complex since my I work nights and she no longer felt safe. The apartments REFUSED to work with us, or even move us to a new apartment within the complex. They pretty much told us to suck it up. We ended up breaking our lease and moving. BEST DECISION EVER. I have a friend who just moved in there and she is going through a lot of the same stuff with things not being fixed. Oh, and the parks.... GHETTO. The slides are tagged, and you can constantly hear teens yelling and being loud at night at them. Cars with loud bass are a constant. AND TO TOP EVERYTHING OFF, WE ARE STILL FIGHTING THEM FOR 5K. THAT'S HOW MUCH THEY ARE SAYING WE OWE THEM!! 2k of that is "damages" they say they had to replace when we left.... EVERYTHING LISTED IS WHAT WAS DAMAGED OR BROKE WHEN WE MOVED IN!!! IF you decide to move here take PICTURES with TIME STAMPS the DAY you move in of everything!!! Save your time and sanity and don't move here.
