WORST PLACE EVER!!! What a rip off please do not spend your money! it is roach infested, everything breaks down, it takes months to fix anything!!! the floors creek everywhere. so if you get a downstairs good luck, your upstairs will have realy bad creeking floors. police stop by all the time. helicopters at least once a week. if you get a unit riight behind the whole foods good luck. the trucks are so loud and you can her whats going on at the park down the street because the walls are so thin. they do such a half a** job with the apartment. so little space, closet is rediculous. leakage problems everywhere. not to mention the managment is so rude and inconsiderate. they do not care about the resident. just go a block down and you will have a better experience. p.s i have a renovated unit and things still break down! dont be fooled of the model. PLEASE LOOK AT THE ACCTUAL UNIT BEFORE SIGNING THE LEASE! Looks nothing like it! and turn everything on if you are lucky enough to do the walk through to see if things are working. good luck.
Lived there with a roommate for a couple of months. Master bedroom was small, 2nd bedroom was big. Tiny walk-in closets. Bathroom door did not close properly, you can just push it open. Took them about 2 months to fix it. Small kitchen. Drawers could only open about half way, and I don't think that was ever fixed. I moved out and right before my roommate signed for another year lease I signed a roommate release form. New management moved in everything was still bad. My roommate ended up leaving the apartment and now they are charging me $2000 for her damages. I told them I was not in the lease contract and I had signed a Roommate Release Form prior of her new contract. Turns out that they lost the form and are saying that I never signed it. They want me to pay $2000 in damages to an apartment I had nothing to do with. They do not help you out. They just want their money.
Overall, decent place to live. Floorplans are great, large kitchens with gas, mostly quiet. Love the connected kitchen to dining room and hallway, MONSTER sized master bedroom and Huge Roman tub. Cable is included, and you have to pay the "included" $42 for it whether you want it or not. Also, I have never lived in an APARTMENT where you are required to pay water, sewage, trash and renter's insurance (you can get your own renters insurance if you want). Pool is great when it's open, tennis court POORLY maintained (lights all broken and crack in court floor). Very expensive for what you get, but at least there's plenty of grass for the kids.
This place is aweful. Don't rent here. They have mold issues. My neighbors had regular bug infestations. The second floor apartments leaks if it rains. If you ask for anything to be repaired it takes months.
I would rate this place a negative 5 stars if I could. THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE EVER! I should have taken the reviews seriously when I first thought about moving in. Management is unprofessional and the worst I have ever dealt with. I went without AC for 11 days in the month of May. I couldn't sleep in the heat, so most of the days I had to stay with friends. They took 3 months to get back to me about compensation for my rent. The front desk told me almost everyday for 3 months that their manager would contact me by the end of the day. She still has not called to follow up and apologize. They ended up offering me $100 off of my rent. NOT CLOSE TO ENOUGH FOR THE HASSLE THEY PUT ME THROUGH!!!! PS. The apartments are pieces of crap. I have had bugs all over my bathroom and cockroaches in my kitchen. (I had my apartment sprayed monthly) The security fencing was torn down on the northwest side of the complex and the gate was broken so It was always open. WHAT IS THE POINT!? Just do yourself a favor and don't even bother moving into this DUMP!
