I transferred from a one bedroom to one of the remodeled two bedrooms was not completely ready when the move in date arrived. the dishwasher was just pushed in the slot and not hooked up, the outlet in the kitchen didn't work doors not hung in kitchen. took almost 3weeks to get the doors hung my boyfriend ended up changing out the outlet because it never got done. The new manager only tells you what you hear. My boyfriend and I and another couple were at the pool the other day (when it was opened) and emptied all the pool filters. I took the one from the Jacuzzi into the office and was told by the new manager the pool guy comes every day around noon. Never saw the pool guy. Now my son is here on vacation and the pool is closed again. Is my lease up yet!!!!!!!! WORST EVER
WORST PLACE EVER!!! What a rip off please do not spend your money! it is roach infested, everything breaks down, it takes months to fix anything!!! the floors creek everywhere. so if you get a downstairs good luck, your upstairs will have realy bad creeking floors. police stop by all the time. helicopters at least once a week. if you get a unit riight behind the whole foods good luck. the trucks are so loud and you can her whats going on at the park down the street because the walls are so thin. they do such a half a** job with the apartment. so little space, closet is rediculous. leakage problems everywhere. not to mention the managment is so rude and inconsiderate. they do not care about the resident. just go a block down and you will have a better experience. p.s i have a renovated unit and things still break down! dont be fooled of the model. PLEASE LOOK AT THE ACCTUAL UNIT BEFORE SIGNING THE LEASE! Looks nothing like it! and turn everything on if you are lucky enough to do the walk through to see if things are working. good luck.
Lived there with a roommate for a couple of months. Master bedroom was small, 2nd bedroom was big. Tiny walk-in closets. Bathroom door did not close properly, you can just push it open. Took them about 2 months to fix it. Small kitchen. Drawers could only open about half way, and I don't think that was ever fixed. I moved out and right before my roommate signed for another year lease I signed a roommate release form. New management moved in everything was still bad. My roommate ended up leaving the apartment and now they are charging me $2000 for her damages. I told them I was not in the lease contract and I had signed a Roommate Release Form prior of her new contract. Turns out that they lost the form and are saying that I never signed it. They want me to pay $2000 in damages to an apartment I had nothing to do with. They do not help you out. They just want their money.
Overall, decent place to live. Floorplans are great, large kitchens with gas, mostly quiet. Love the connected kitchen to dining room and hallway, MONSTER sized master bedroom and Huge Roman tub. Cable is included, and you have to pay the "included" $42 for it whether you want it or not. Also, I have never lived in an APARTMENT where you are required to pay water, sewage, trash and renter's insurance (you can get your own renters insurance if you want). Pool is great when it's open, tennis court POORLY maintained (lights all broken and crack in court floor). Very expensive for what you get, but at least there's plenty of grass for the kids.
This place is aweful. Don't rent here. They have mold issues. My neighbors had regular bug infestations. The second floor apartments leaks if it rains. If you ask for anything to be repaired it takes months.
