Horrible management. They'll fee you for anything. I payed pet rent, and when I let them know the cat was no longer there, they said they'd check the apartment for damages. A month later when I was told I had to continue to pay the 30 dollar pet rent, I told them I spoke to someone about this, and the woman I spoke to "moved locations". They continued to charge me for the pet rent for 3 months. When I went in person to tell them the cat hasn't been there in who knows how long, and that I was looking for someone to take over my lease, they said they wouldn't give me the pet deposit until my lease was over, which means I would never get the half of the deposit back (130 dollars). I told them that it was silly for them to wait 6 month after a cat has left to check for damages, and they told me that I was "lucky" they were even going to take the pet rent off. That they were doing me a favor for not charging me for a cat that has not been there for 3 months. Horrible. They did not check my apartment, they continued to charge me 30 dollars, and when my brother agreed took over my lease so I can get my deposit back eventually (which took over a month to process by the way...), they even charged him for the pet rent. When he told them he did not have a pet, they changed it to "Oh, it's for the application fee", which he did pay when he was applying.. 50 dollars. Then they changed it to "Oh, it's because she had a parking space". I never once had a car. He's only been there a month and they're already charging him ridiculous fees. Some other stuff they've done: -They tried to pressure me in my first 5 months of living there to sign a 2 year lease. -They put me to live with 2 people who were allergic to cats when they knew I had a cat. -When I told them this, they first said they'd move me in to another apartment, but later said they couldn't do anything, and then said they could but they'd have to charge me 500 dollars. My cat lived in my room the entire time unfortunately. -When I told them I found someone to take over my lease, they tried to imply that they couldn't do that. When I asked to speak to the manager, and when the manager realized that it was silly for them not to be able to have someone to take over my lease, the manager herself actually, honestly mentioned that it would be -obnoxious- work for them to do, all with a glare. -Every girl would go back and forth about what they could and could no do. VERY wishy washy about rules and fees. They'll lure you in with pretty young giggling girls (ALL of the management are pretty 20 some girls), nice smells, big smiles, lots of candy, great """""deals""""" but all they're really after are your wallets. If you're thinking of moving here, ask all questions via E-mail! Have receipts for what they tell you, so that when they try to tell you something differently, you can show them that that is not what they said. That was my mistake. Especially if it's not on the lease; keep a copy of the lease, read it VERY CAREFULLY in case they try to throw you under the bus and charge you for ridiculous stuff, and don't allow yourself to be pressured by them! Good luck! Oh, also the outside dirty, with people who throw parties stuffing bottles into bushes, they didn't let me see the room I applied for when I first got there, which had broken squeaky flooring on my upstairs room. I cannot say how much I disliked this place more.
There is always no parking!!! And the management before use to have security now they don't and now its like a frat house where beer bottles are broken everywhere. People fighting in the parking lot. not what it use to be. Only thing nice is the pool that took forever to get done
The living is decent. The parking is absolutely atrocious. If you rent a town home in the lower part, they'll want you to pay for a covered parking space. They don't even have enough free parking for the apartments.
Horrible parking, poor maintenance and they charge you for every little thing
