Signature 23, is a historic building that sits on the Rock River frontage with incredible city & river views from each apartment. Our apartments offer plenty of natural light through very large, vintage windows. All apartments have 9 to 10 foot ceilings. The property is being completely renovated and remodeled by Spaulding Group who took the property over in September of 2018. Updates include new landscaping, property rebranding, remodeled apartments, new common area carpet and paint, new laundry facilities.
