I have been here since December. Every request I have put in is handled in a reasonable time. Maintenance has a very quick response time. I have had no problems living here. The staff is very understanding.
I love living here. Close to the mall, gas stations, and great food places. I've lived in many apartments where I had issues with maintenance and parking. This place has been awesome and helpful. I had a maintenance issue and they were out replacing a part the next day and followed up to make sure it worked. I love my cute apartment and was really excited that it included a washer and dryer and like the biggest closet ever!!! (Seriously though) I have lived here 8 months now and I will live here much longer. Thanks Crossroads!
First of all, this place has the snottiest staff that I have ever dealt with in 25 years of renting apartments. It is unbelievable. Whenever you speak with them, you have to baby your time of voice. If they think that you're challenging them in anyway, then noses go up in the air and the smirks come out. When I went to fill out an app, the rent and deposit increased from when i called at a smiths 4 block away, to when I got there, due to 'market value'. When I did my initial walkthrough, I filled out 3 pages of things that I saw damaged or worn, or not working properly. The carpet was stained and worn. The fridge wouldn't shut half the time. The floors were bubbly. The bathroom had mold. Every single wall looked like someone had punched holes through it, then spackled it over. The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke. Not one thing was fixed or touched up. The apartments are almost identical to valley, down the road with valley park being cheaper. When I was there, they were begging and bribing people to leave good reviews on yelp and Google. I stayed for a year, paying $800 for a 1 bed. When I left in December it went up to $850, but where I was paying extra for things, now they automatically include them in your rent and you have zero options. Their website now list the 1 bed at over $900. The place has dog crap all over. Cats all over the place and they spray everwhere so the stairwells smell like cat pee. Not once did I get to use the pool, because it was always closed because people bringing their babies and the kids pooping in it. Their maintenance is horrible. My apartment never had a.c. than ran more than 5 minutes the whole year I was there. They did absolutely nothing than get mad at me for intruding on their Facebook time, Whenever I went into the office. $140,000 house is $900 a month. Why would anyone rent a $900 1 bed apartment when you could buy a house? I spent over $10000 in rent and fees for the pleasure of this place for a year. Its a year that I hope to never repeat
One very disappointed they give us too much notices on hang front door and we have been lot of greedy money charge really rip off. I suggest do not live there period! Plus machines was not really show up and didn't fix to do nothing. I promise you will hate it. Don't not waste your time. I'm be honest with u. We are not appreciate that stupid place ever and very greedy.
One big disappointment about this apartment complex is when they taped a notice on my door saying I have to pay a fee of $75 for having indoor furnitures outside my patio or I will be evicted. When I contacted them and asked what indoor furnitures are they talking about? Evicted because of indoor furnitures? They said they don't know exactly what it is but, someone from their staff reported it's my wooden chairs. All my neighbors had wooden chairs outside their patio but, didn't get a notice. WTF?! I was pissed and told them it's not fair because we pay our rent two weeks ahead and never was behind our rent bills. They showed no remorse but, instead told me we have 3 days to pay it. I removed my wooden chairs and paid that $75 fee and STILL my neighbors had theirs outside their patio and never once got a notice from the office. WORST experience ever. I just want to get this lease over with and move out.
