Walls are Thin! I lived here for 2 years and would wake up every morning when my neighbors alarm clock would go off! Not to mention the parking, it gets worse every month. They constantly add "reserved" spots for people making others park up to a 1/4 mile away. I will say that the neighborhood seems safe, there are tons of kids running around in the summer and you do not get an unsafe feeling even though you are surrounded by the "hood"
Great if your single and don't have any responsibilities. The amount of military folks here who stay up and are loud till all hours of the morning is out of control. I've lived here for about a year now and have 3 different tenants above me who are inconsiderate fuckheads who stomp around and play music all night long. Parking is unassigned so good luck getting close to your unit here. The maintenance guys are top notch though.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Unless this sounds appealing, things constantly breaking in your unit due to age, rude staff, 855 for two small bedrooms and a common area( kind of) maintenence staff that tries to make you wait on service, over flowing dumpsters, and a overly aggressive tow service that is in the lot every night. Also, if Michelle specifically tells you something, disregard it. My car was towed over a bad INSPECTION sticker. Michelle had told me I had an extension, so I parked in front of my house last night. This morning, no car. Called to ask for the money i'll pay taking my car back from tow taken out of my rent and they refused. The gym is nice, and if your aware of what the place is like you can still enjoy living there, but do it at your own risk.
