The apartment is large, has great light and nice details, the room is not furnished but the rest of the apartment will be furnished. It's a short walk or bike ride from bars and restaurants in East Rock and a short walk from the Yale Campus, particularly close to science hill. This is a Yale owned property so subletters will have to be Yale affiliated. Utilities include gas, electricity, hot water and internet. Laundry is down the street. No pets or window air conditioners are allowed. You will be living with another subletter. I will also be leaving a bike in the apartment and if you're interesting in renting it, we can work something out!
