We have enjoyed our stay here so far. The property is kept clean and they generally respond to maintenance requests fairly quickly. The staff is nice when you go in or call. Most of our neighbors have been really friendly and the apartments are nice inside. I'd recommend this place to people, it's a great location in a great school district and one of the only places around with 4 bedroom apartments.
This is a long review but it's worth in the long haul. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone!!!! First off there is absolutely zero parking, you will see a lot of car get their garage just to be able to have a parking spot some what close to their apartment. If you are not home by 6:30 too bad. Second the water here is completely disgusting, if you put some in a glass to drink it's completely cloudy. Also the entire building shares water, so if you take a shower right before work or bed along with everyone else in the building expect to not have a hot shower. Also since you share water to get your monthly bill for water they add what the entire building uses and then divide it on the number of apartments, so if it's just you in your apartment you're paying for the family that has 3 kids and a husband. Dog barking is horrible, we went and complained several times about the dog that lives below us bc it would bark until 11 at night and they said we can write a note for them but you have to call another number and have them come out. If you call that number the company will send someone out when they're available if it's during the day they will listen only if the dog is barking for 20 minutes straight during day and 10 minutes at night will they give the apartments a notice that there was a complaint about the dog. The office say if you keep calling the apartments will get fined, the only way that happens is if you and another apartment both state what apartment you live in complain and sign a piece of paper. When I went into the leasing off to ask what about when it's late at night and I was a told all it says in the lease is it would be a curtesy to keep it down but since nothing is written In the lease about it being a violation the office will do nothing. They say and charge you to live in a "gated" community but I've been here since October and they're STILL broken. I've come home several times to find multiple police cruisers in the parking lot. I was leaving one day and there was about 15 teenagers in the parking lot talking about a fight two kids were about to have. When my husband first heard about the trash pick-up he asked if there is anyway to not have it and we take out our own trash, they said its part of the contract $40 every month. They do not pick up on Fridays and Saturdays, I can respect that but I have a problem when we have a get together and gathering over the weekend they refuse to take all the bags. They are paid for a reason and no where in the contract does it say there's a limited number of trash bags, especially since all they do is load up in the back of a truck and take it to the big trash can. Also there has been a couple times the trash wasn't picked up for whatever reason they didn't deduct that amount for the following month, if I'm FORCED to pay for a service I expect to have that service every single day no exceptions unless they reimburse me. Another it's not uncommon to see people's old furniture outside the big trash can. For a "luxury" apartment you would think they would want to get that taken care of ASAP so it doesn't look so tacky. The staff has always been nice whenever I've gone in the office, however, that doesn't make up for everything wrong with the apartment community. Again I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone.
I am just trying to figure out how to start writing about this issue. DO NOT , DO NOT LIVE HERE. Where do I start, in the beginning it was kinda nice and after living here for two months things started falling apart, guest bathroom started smelling like a sewage from the whole building was spilling in my bathroom. I had two alcohol and drug abusers living under my apartment and they would fight all day all night everyday there was no break,it was so traumatizing for my kids ,since they would here there two kids begging and crying while they fight, nothing was done, I could only call cops and that would not help. Staff ah where do I start, lady named Anne was there at first she was ok to some point, but now that there is another one Allison, omg , where do I start , or should I even say anything, she has never managed any apartments God knows what was she doing before, has no clue about anything, rude, unprofessional, always has excuse for everything, loves to argue and make herself look good when everybody around her knows her shit stinks too, I don't know is she even worth my time. Trash pick up is a biggest BS, first they don't tell you about it they just skip over it when you review contract saying oh it's just a small fee , it turns out it comes up to be around $40 each month, utility bills horrible, you pay for vacant apartments water and your bill per month goes as high as $180 , so with trash and all of the other hidden fees just for utilities alone you pay all together around $200-$300 on top of your outrages rent for apartments that are in such a bad shape that a little kid can destroy in seconds, In one sentence IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME,STRESS and everything else that comes with this shity place and I almost forgot to give and honorable mention to a maint. supervisor OMG full of shit, knows everything better then a God, rude, creepy , PLEASE PEOPLE I DON'T KNOW ANY OF YOU BUT LISTEN TO ME AND DO NOT MOVE IN.
my boyfriend unfortunately signed a 15 month lease at these awful apartments. when you first visit you feel like you are moving into a luxury complex, and you're paying luxury prices. however, everything in our apartment has broken. a toilet, the dishwasher, multiple cabinets don't close, the handle ripped off the fridge just from opening it, and another cabinet fell off the hinges after being closed one day. our air conditioner quit working in the middle of August and let me tell you it is IMPOSSIBLE to get maintenence to your apartment to fix it. the hot tub has never worked since we've been here and, as stated in previous posts, there are kids from all over surrounding neighborhoods constantly in the pool and parks. some kids even stole our volleyball in front of our faces and we couldn't get it back. the "valet trash" is a complete joke. they neglect our trash constantly and then leave a note saying they will not be collecting for "excessive bags" ALSO, if you move in be sure to buy water filters for your sink and shower because the water is so bad you can smell it. it tastes terrible and the cat won't even drink water from the faucet. There have also been TWO kitchen fires since we've moved in :) I would also like to add, that after being gone for a week during Christmas, we came back to find a good amount of blood in our bathroom sink and bathtub that was definitely not there before we left. Do not move into this apartment complex. it is a waste of money and is a stressful environment.
if i could, i would give it no stars. the manager here is ridiculous. my friends were in a situation with a violent roommate and had the police involved and the manager refused to to help in any way and refused to remove the roommate from the apartment. after the roommates left and we got everything figured out, and the manager rejected the person who they wanted to sign onto the lease and then made a bunch of false accusations and is practically forcing them out, even though rent was paid for this month. dont move in unless you wanna deal with bullshit!
