I will agree with the previous person that the new management is trying to aesthetically make the apartment complex better, as well as, making background checks more strict to keep some undesirable tenants out. However, the community is not much to be desired and some of the staff members act as if they are doing you a favor when you need something fixed in your apartment. My husband and I moved in at the end of May 2015 and we recently moved out. We were suppose to stay until May of 2016 but we worked very hard to break our contract and get out faster because we did not feel safe in the community, and we were dealing with issues in our apartment that went unresolved. We were dealing with a roach infestation that when I would email to get the issue resolved most of the time, my emails went unanswered. When they were answered, the "solution" was to have our apartment sprayed which did nothing to solve the infestation. I would urge you to look somewhere else when it comes to choosing your apartment, unless you are willing to stick it out a few years in the hopes they will improve not only the aesthetics but the overall safety of the complex, and productivity of the staff.
This apartment deserves no stars. I have been living here since 2014 and this is the LAST straw. They all have contradicting information. Diana is nice and understanding. The manager tries to work and solve your issues but she is sometimes impatient. The other skinny lady with glasses (I think her name anna) is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. First she has an accent that is impossible to understand and when you ask her to clarify, she gets an attitude. The funny thing is that most of the time, she is wrong about certain information and I would ask to see the manager for her to clarify. She needs to work in an environment that does not require people skills because she has none. She has yelled at me a couple of times and it has taken the grace of God for me not to whoop her ass.
Lol....let me start by saying this the "WORST OR ALL TIME" I'm better off in west blovard...Car got broke into my other car was stolen...And don't call the front desk and complain about the gate cause they'll say it be close every night😂 When you 3days late on a payment they'll send Inspector gadget looking ..MF with papers but when you call about something broke they take 7mths to fix it..still haven't paint my apartment since I been here... only thing I see them doing is riding golf carts looking lost..people at the front desk dont know what they be doing had to work for a fast food place before here😂😂...people say they making so many renovations but the only renovations i can see is the trees, grass and put a grill by the pool....goose droppings every were trash every...and the crazy thing is sombody said they feel safe cause a cop in the neighborhood REALLY...people don't care cause if they did my car wouldn't got stolen and broke into NEW TENANTS BEWEAR may start off good but let your sink stop up or toilet messed up you'll see
The apartments are under new management and they are trying to get everything together which is obvious (making necessary aesthetic changes and more). I've had some issues(with my actual apartment) when I first moved in but they have all been address. I do dislike that the front of the gate is always open which is a welcome sign for those who do not live in the neighborhood to walk about and do as they please. I fortunately have not had an issues with any personal property. Honestly, be wary of the things you do, lock your car and take out valuable items, be cautious of your surroundings.. common sense (same thought process should cross your mind even if this was in Ballantyne). I also think they should put up pet waste dispensers around the complex since the Pegasus property management claim to be pet friendly. Other than that I hope that the renovations/upgrade weeds out the tenants that aren't that great in the first place out (like the assholes who like to throw their corona cans in the bushes making the place look ghetto). Also there are a couple residents that are in law enforcement so you can see their patrol cars parked in the parking lots, so it makes me feel a little safer. Over all, I like the changes being made here and Diana has met all of my expectations since moving in early November 2015.
This complex needs a reality check! I currently live here til March 2016. Thank GOD not much longer--since we moved in the staff has completely changed but the experience has gotten worse- I have a 2bed 2bathrm and I just recently got my master bathroom toilet replaced after calling & fussing since I moved in back in March2015. When I called multiple times regarding my toilet I was told b/c I have 2 full bathrooms I wasn't a priority... but they still expected full rent on the 1st of every month. Also the gate is ALWAYS OPEN! My car was stolen right after Christmas--when I complained about the gate the MANAGER told me "No the gate has been closed that previous week" Well when I reported it to her I asked what good does that do b/c my car was stolen a day prior to us speaking. She proceeded to tell me well that happens anywhere even in good neighborhoods--I took it as she implied this was not a good area. I most def. will NOT be renewing my lease SO BEWARE of Park 2300 apts. They are NOT worth how much they cost (renovated or not)
