Less than 10 minute walk to the hospital. You would get your own bedroom, shared bathroom, walk in closets, beautiful living area, and parking! The rent is usually $659 + utilities ($70-100) but am looking to sublet it for $500 + you pay utilities (water, electricity, internet). That price is for unfurnished.
