Worst company I've ever dealt with! I lived in one of their apartments for two years and at the end of my lease I had a maintenance guy come in and look over my entire apartment to make sure everything would be okay as far as my security deposit and damages. He told me nothing was wrong with the apartment and I would get my full deposit back. Then a month later I was charged $800 in damages. I tried to dispute it and they wouldn't even let me talk to anyone on the phone about it. I will never suggest any of the apartment complexes to anyone. Don't get screwed over like I did!
Park Lane Apartments provided my family and I with the worst customer service I have ever encounter. We were given a move in date, and made plans according to that date, which included giving our current apartment notice of our move out date, Nov. 3, 2013. On Dec. 2, 2013 we were contacted by Park Lane's Manger, who informed us that the apartment we had reserved with a deposit and holding fee would not be available for another month due to the current residence not moving out after giving his notice. We were outraged and HOMELESS!!! Our keys were turned in to our previous rental, and ALL of our belongings were in storage. We were under the impression, we would be moving in within days of moving out of our previous rental. We were forced to live with family temporarily while we frantically searched for a place to live during the HOLIDAYS, with our 1 year old son. Park Lane was made aware of our situation, with no remorse they continually said there is nothing they can do..."these things happen". We contacted their corporate office, who informed us there is nothing they can do. The customer service at PARK LANE APARTMENTS is despicable. Promises are made, but they are not followed through and no compensation was given for our inconvenience . Happy Holidays, stay far away from Park Lane Apartments.
only downside....appliances are historic! :(
