Horrible place! The management is really unprofessional, they're always up in your business, their security is a little Mexican kid(noting to do with his race ) who tells you that you can't be outside of your apartment after midnight (didn't upset me, but I did get a good laugh out of it) I asked why cant I be out he said because it's suspicious..lol but yeah long story short Barcolona apartments are a big joke!!! They don't even deserve that one
The houses do not block noise at all. You will get a noise complaint for whispering past a certain hour of the night. Also they will tow your car and there goes $300. Warn any company coming over.
Do NOT move here unless you enjoy living year round on a nonstop construction site with strangers in and out of your home along with elevated noise and zero privacy. Never ending intrusions for ridiculous maintenance on a regular basis, construction site environment with trucks and mounds of garbage piled high in dumpsters, condos maxed out with too many people, challenging parking, wide open non-working security gates, cigarette and cigar smokers in every location, morning chainsaws, weed wackers and mowers for hours, no barbequing at pool, jacked up sky high rent at every opportunity, disrespectful short tempered office staff Carol. What you DONT have; Peaceful living, security, privacy, good parking options, clean areas, invitation of friends or family to pool, stable and fair costs of living. Pass on Barcelona
If you live here, you will eventually be dealing with tow and mo'. One mistake when you live here could cost you $330 or more. There are no warnings given besides the one they slide in while filling out your lease paperwork. forget your pass once and you will find an empty spot in the morning. Gates are left open all day long, sometimes closed later at night, although anyone can get in by foot through the gate (great security!) Also have never seen the security patrol once. The grounds and complex itself is beautiful and well kept, but the employees/management of it needs some serious improvement
Lived here for 2 years. I was new to apartment living having just moved from London. This is a great location and off all the apartment places we checked out in Aliso Viejo, this was by far the best value for money and best kept. And after we moved in the quality continued, we always got a really responsive service from the maintenance crew and the entire property was always very well kept. They also seem to do a decent job of picking tenants so that everyone we encountered was always ver nice. Our 2 bed apartment was right at the bottom which faced 73. Although it was really nice to be at the bottom and have a lovely uninterrupted view of the hills, 73 is a little noisy, so if you like it quiet better to be in the middle of the property or towards Windsong. Good experience overall, only moved out to get closer to a new job.
