We are a family looking to rent approx. 850 sq/ft portion of the downstairs of our split level home. It is a 1 bedroom partially furnished -- leather sectional included, a full bathroom, spacious living area, a closet / storage, and a kitchenette. The shared laundry is in the kitchen area of the rental -- we only use environmentally friendly detergents and expect you to use the same. There is separate keyed entrance to your unit. Bdrm / LR have carpet flooring and the laundry room & bathroom have linoleum flooring.
Common areas include: a big spacious yard. This is an ideal place for a tenant(s) looking for a safe and family friendly cul-de-¬sac environment.
We are zoned for Coal Creek Elementary and are 2 blocks from a trail head.
No Smoking Cigarettes / Cigars Inside or Outside on the property. However we are 420 friendly (outside only and not around the kids please)

About us: We are an energy / environmentally conscious family with a solar powered home, LED lighting, and whole house water filtration system that removes chlorine and large particles (carbon filter). Gardeners are welcomed and we are open to sharing a raised planter bed. We have two active children, 5 and 8, who arise at about 6:30 AM and go to bed at about 7:30 PM. Often by 11 PM, the four of us are asleep so loud late-night parties don't work for us. . .
