-Media room/study room/roof top with BBQ and views of Oakland and San Francisco

-Community kitchens in the building and kitchenette in your apartment unit - the common kitchens come with stainless steel appliances. There are game rooms with pool table, study rooms, a TV lounge near the large communal kitchen

-Laundry on site

$1350 per month (less than what I'm paying now)
