Worst apartment ever. Save your money!!! They should rename this place BUGChanan Bay. Infested with roaches is a understatement. I can't even cook in my unit with out bugs in my food. Don't even eat in my own home. I have not been able to get comfortable since I've moved here. Office is a joke Josephine the lady at the front office has the WORST attitude and they seem like its a BOTHER to do their job. Shaballa is the only lady who actually helps but I think that's because she feels bad because she knows exactly how disgusting this place is. If you call maintaince it takes them weeks to get to your unit. Since I've been here they been through 3 different pest control companies and NOT ONE has been able to fix the problem. Just NASTY stay out of BUGChanan bay!
I just moved out of this property ..and yea I hated it. That's not to say there weren't any good aspects about the place, but overall, it's hard to like the place. I will list pros and cons so anyone can see for themselves. Pros: The rent I paid was very good for a town home. So from the start I appreciated the fact that I had quite enough space for everything and more. I found that maintenance was good with responding to calls about broken stuff and getting it fixed in a timely manner. and uhmmm.. well that's it for Pros I guess Cons: 1. Well let's start with management. Management needs to learn some inter-personal skills, communication and ethical skills as well. I will leave it at that because I rather not call names and make a public spectacle of anyone. 2. The application process was painful, unprofessional and inefficient.When we moved here (from out of state) they had given out home to someone else and we had to stay in a hotel for two weeks!! and we paid for it out of our pockets. One of our friends also tried to apply and gave up because of how difficult and inefficient they were with follow up and keeping their word. 3. RoAches!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wait, was that loud enough? ,..... ok let me try again.. .. ROACHES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Merlins Beard! this place is Infested with Roaches!!!!!!! There is no other way to stress this fact. Our last two weeks here was a nightmare because the people next to us moved so all their colonies seemingly moved into our home! And get this, my wife and I are clean freaks! We wash n clean everything before going to bed. So it's not like we give them reason to invade our home. I know this is FL so almost every home will at least have a roach or two, but this level of infestation is not acceptable, especially seeing as we have kids!!! They have to do something about it. 4. They have a curfew. You have to be in your home by 10pm. 5. The environment is not family/children friendly at all. On their pictures they advertise a pool and a play ground. When I got there, the pool was nasty every time I had checked on it and I finally gave up. The play ground is more of the backyard of the office with about as much as an inch of space. 6. Loud music, loud people, screaming, cussing and swearing, walking right by your window. 7. Sewage !! Right in front of our home there was a drainage system that came on every night at around 2am. I have no idea where this water came from but my goodness did it stink!! EVery Night!! 6 months into my lease I could not wait to get out of there. So overall, let me just say I am glad I got out of there, and if I had the option to move back there or move out of state I would most probably move out of state.
Wow, live there, and terrible as one nesecita any repairs and never make it fast, a week ago I damage the air conditioning and spent three days with the outside temperature at 100 ° and at one week and again damage and notifies early 9am and they just told me that the safest thing I have to wait till morning, I never and arrears in the payment of rent and I'm never fucking but I'm crazy get out of here, you better be so cute apartments if not those you can live well.
