I have a friend staying with me. However, there is no enough visitor parking (about 15 visitor parking lots in the whole community, can't believe it!) my friend has to park in the permitted parking lot because all the visitor parking lots have been occupied. Her car was towed and fined with $220. We spent almost seven hours to locate her car and we found her car at a very very crappy towing place. My friend got very furious and upset about it. But I am glad Camden staff is very helpful during the time. So be careful the parking if you have friend visiting you. Except this, I am happy to live here.

I am staying here for more than 18 months and was having very +ve feeling about every aspect of this society until recently when I switched from one apartment to another internally. The new apartment was handed over to us in very dirty state. We complained and the maintenance staff was there for 3-4 hours cleaning the greasy kitchen, dirty closets, repairing faucets, correcting blinds. That was sheer waste of time instructing them for every aspect taking leave from office. Even after that there were multiple complaints reported personally in office. They were not addressed and the service request was closed with completed status. This was not expected with organization with this stature.

I moved into camden recently and waited for a month patiently to see things get better. firstly I started seeing roaches in all rooms from 2nd day itself and the bedroom carpet wasn't even clean either. got all dust and hair particles around the corners. 1 thing u at least expect when signing into a new apt is a cleaned carpet. I had to place a request and they cleaned the carpet upon my request. from then i have been making some sort of request like pest control every alternate week. i still see roaches here and there, but one good thing is the mgmt will respond to the request and send the maintenance person asap. my living room has wood floor and so do my upstairs neighbor. everyday n night we hear some music in form of dishwasher or washer n dryer units and their foot steps. wont blame them, but wish they would have carpeted floors atleast to reduce the noise. when ever they turn on washer we cant even watch a movie because of the noise n vibration caused. overall i give only 3 start bcoz i expect conditions to be little better at-least when i'm paying 1250/month for a 1bed apt.

Great Place !!! I have been living in this apartment for about an year.The Staff is great and professional ,they are always there to answer your questions amd concerns. Maintenance is good .I highly recommend it. God Job Camden team!!!

This is the best community, clean, safe, community staff are very friendly, they are so nice. I was planning to buy house and I had informed community manager I won't renew my apartment contract, but I didn't make it, my apartment contract almost reached the end, it would be very difficult to find a new apartment in such short time, I have to asked the community manager's help, after they confirmed and just simply assigned a new apartment for me and didn't charge me. That's GREAT help! If business is business, I would pay a lot for occupying my current apartment and waiting the new apartment to be available. Highly recommend this community!
