A 51-year-old Mesquite man was charged with murder in connection with the death of a man whose body was found in a vehicle on Saturday, police say. About 5 p.m., Mesquite police were dispatched to the 2500 block of East Meadows Boulevard Spanish Meadows / Garden House Apartments near U.S. Highway 80 after receiving a call of an unresponsive man in a vehicle. When officers arrived they found the body of 35-year-old Quincy Hastings of Mesquite, Lt. Brian Parrish said. Parrish said there appeared to have been a struggle inside the vehicle and police also found a knife, money and drugs in the vehicle. Police checked local hospital emergency rooms and found that Patrick Gilstrap, 51, had sought treatment for knife wounds shortly after Hastings’ body was found, Parrish said. Police arrested him as was leaving the hospital. Gilstrap is being held in the Dallas County jail on a murder charge.

The drains all stink. Parking is a big problem. They tow each and every car they can. It's some kind of organized crime ring going on. Save ur self don't move here
