I just got fined $75 for leaving ny broom and mop outside from yesterday house cleaning. I understand the whole fine thing don't get me wrong however as much time and effort the management puts in to tow cars and pass out fines they need to put in just as much effort in MAINTAINING a good living environment along with making repairs and overall doing there JOB the right way. Management is a JOKE. The pool is only opened during office hours, most of the time not even open. There are no parks for my kids. Towing tows the residents WHO PAYS RENT. Then threatened that if fines aren't paid when i pay rent then i still won't get my parking pass for my car. Really?!
DON'T MOVE HERE! They do not perform maintenance at all. Raw sewage comes up through my drain in the kitchen They won't even change a light bulb. Everything is always on order. I have no hot water to wash dishes in my kitchen sink. My dishwasher is still broke from the day I moved in. Plus, management will come under the pretense of a "contractual lien' clause in your lease and take property from your unit instead of filling an eviction. I recommend that you read the fine print of your lease contract before you sign. Plus, there's an infestation of bed bugs and roaches. And, your visitor's car will get towed even if they stop by for an unexpected visit. If you have a choice go somewhere else. You have been warned!
I live near these apartments unfortunately. Since they tow cars of people who do not reside there, many people decide to park an another neighborhood nearby. I just got back from picking up several cans and bottles of beer and other trash. There's even tore of pieces of paper that say Spanish Meadows. I spoke to the manager about possiblly putting a trash can in the front of their apartments. She claims the city won't allow it. I find that hard to believe. Ive seen people throw soda cans and other pieces of trash that walk from their apartments It's 2016 people. I hate to see the neighborhood deteriorating because you can't clean up after yourselves.
Worst apartments ever!!!! They are crooks and liars. No matter what you do..DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!
