I've been here 1 year and can't complain. We are renewing our lease for another year. Nice quiet community. I've never stayed at any apt longer than a year so renewing my lease is a big deal. Pros: spacious units; full washer and dryer; affordable and nice new like appliances. It's hard to find nice units at this price anywhere else. Diane at the office is so great. Theater that you can rent after hours. Clean propert. Cons: I've had to request more maitenance request than I care to admit; shower heads are weak (in my unit at least). Diane did a great job making sure all my requests were taken care of on time. I had ants bad during the summer but they took care of it quick. Overall it's been great.
cons: pool is suppose to be heated but is kept so cold it cant be used any of the few months its open. walls are super thin. safety concern; no speed bump between two child play areas, Patrick the manager is a total jerk, most tenants avoid him. Fridge is small and loud. carpet is pulling apart from the edging and has nails sticking up, (this is an issue in other units we visited there also and maintenance couldn't fix). Don't plan on getting your deposit back. pros: nice location. ladies in the office are nice. pretty safe area. loved the full size washer and dryer. offer short leases
I lived here almost a year, lost my job and couldn't afford it anymore. The management was fine, I put in a maintenence request ant it took over a month and 3 requests to come. I feel like the apartments could have been great had the management been better. I wouldn't move back, or recommend it.
We've lived here for a year and we absolutely love it! The management is absolutely wonderful especially Diane and the grounds are always very well taken care of. We have never had any problems! If your looking for somewhere to call home, this is definitely the place!
Walked in at 5pm on a Monday November 30, 2015, employee on duty; Diane was busy chatting it up with Terri. We proceed to walk around and look at amenities use the restroom etc. 5-10 min later Diane was still chatting away as I stood in the lobby, without getting off her @ss she asked if I needed anything, which I replied, "Yes we would like to see a place". She stated, "we do not show after dark", which I can understand. Before I could get a question out or my family walk to her office door to ask any questions she pushed a brochure in my face, looked away and said go ahead Terri as if to say, "I am done with you go away". For somebody who's job is marketing get a clue! We will take our business elsewhere, you represent your company when we walked in off the street your a poor first impression but a lasting one!
