I have lived here for going on 3 years now. In the beginning, I liked it and had no problems. Recently though is when I have developed issues here. I had my car broke into too many times to keep count of now. I know that it was out of managements hand to do anything about it but I do wish they had security or some way to possibly avoid the amount of theft and car break ins that goes on here. Another down fall was the parking. You are given one parking space per house, and you have the option for garage if you want to pay extra a month for it. So if you have more then one car, or when you have visitors come over, you are pretty much screwed. Other then that, things were fine. It is a good area of town to live in and it is the best around when it comes to pricing. They are one of the only apartments around that include utilities (with the exception of your electric) in your rent, so that was awesome. Price is very reasonable.
I love this place because of its out side beauty as well as the inside.
My family and I were looking to move from Spokane to Vancouver a little over a year ago. Thanks to Irina and Anna, we were able to handle all the paperwork via email and fax, without having to do much mailing (some had to be mailed for originals for legal purposes), They were always nice, called us back immediately and made moving across state very easy. They have been wonderful to my family these past 14 months, and we have no intentions of leaving anytime soon. Yes, there is a decent size Russian tenancy, among other nationalities. This is what makes Portland/Vancouver so diverse. I am "American", but I do not feel out of place here. I only speak English, but that hasn't stopped other tenants from being nice and helping out. Our children have fun here, and they enjoy making new friends and learning new languages and customs. Is it perfect? No. But they do try hard to make it as near-perfect as they can. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to live. Thank you Cascade Woods for being better than most complexes in the area. :)
I am glad I finally found the reviews, seemed like all I kept getting was "NO REVIEWS". I finally had decided that it was an all immigrant complex, they are too afraid to complain, or they are happy because their management caters to therm only. I rather live in America, thanks folks, I thought there was something not right, the price was too good to be true. It's hard to find English speaking people in the USA anymore.
I been here four 3 years and I still happy is a goid place to live... And are manager Irena is the best
