This is not the place to lease there staff is always changing and you cannot get repairs done timely and now it seems that this company GCI , is supposedly looking out for our best interest by shorter leases. At first it was a one year lease then raised the rent now a ten month lease and then of course raise the rent and now an eight month rent then at the end of that short lease raise the rent again.This is very important factor you need to consider before even thing about leasing here. You will pay more to rent for a longer period of time go figure that one out! I even called the corporate office and talked with Alisha who must be programed to respond as told.I have been in business for many years and have never heard such a ridiculous response, most businesses would want there tenants to stay for a longer period of time, especially if they pay on time. To all you hard working people please take the time and look elsewhere as I am myself.!
My mother and I were there for 2 years and when it came time to renew for a 3rd year, the rent had gone up over $200 since the 1st year!!! If that wasn't bad enough, the previously vacant complex suddenly turn into a ghetto overnight!! There were cars on cinder blocks in the parking lot, couches OUTSIDE of the apartments on the lawn, and people loitering all hours of the day! When I leave my apartment at 2pm and I see the same 6 people idly standing around (Adults! Not teens!! Not children!! A-D-U-L-T-S!!) at 11:30pm, there's a problem. To make it worse, there are all of this rude and obnoxious kids running around making all kinds of noise all hours of the day and management does nothing about it. We had to take our money and go elsewhere.
