Ive lived there for 3 years this May and thank God I'm moving out!!!!! When I first moved in, the complex was pretty well kept now its over run by weed smokers and shady people. If its not the loud neighbors then its the constant smell of weed or the hot water boiler going out every month or the apts being infested with Roaches. Since Jan 2015 ive been without hot water 5 TIMES!!!! And mind you those are winter months!!!!!!! I'm fed up with these stupid water bills a different amount every month. Lets not talk about how they have no grace period for rent, if your rent is not in on the 1st then you accure late fees everyday after but when you call for a maintenance problem it can take a week or more to get it fixed AND when they finally do come around to address the issue, its not even fixed right!!! My condensation sensor over my shower was leaking brown water and staining my shower, it took them a week to come out and fix and in the process of them fixing it, they smashed my drain in the shower which caused the water to not drain so they had to come back the very next day. There is a huge crack above my shower which has been patched up twice due to a water leak in the upstairs apt from what I was told, but the patchwork did not hold up. I didnt even bother calling because I'm over the whole calling for work orders. They take forever to return calls or act as if they never received it. They had to get new maintance manager since the old one wasnt doing his job. My toilet has been worked on twice and still not fixed like it should be.....JUST A HORRIBLE PLACE! CHEAP RATES BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Did I mention their laundry facilities are crap and they just recently had the nerve to raise the rates to use the washers. And if you de decided to get a W/D in your unit be prepared to pay an additional $40 per month to rent it out on top of the $5 processing fee thats tacked on to your rent from an outside company that does their monthly payment....Kepp your money and look somewhere else...Dont Say you werent warned!

Counting down the days! I'm thankful to have only agreed to a 7 months lease that is soon coming to an end. I can relate to most of what Telia has experienced in my short time here. Another one of my pet peeves is they never notify me, like they are supposed to, that I have received a package and I live right next to the office! Due to the constant changes of the water bill, I never know what I need to have for rent and not having any grave period can make it pretty difficult to make ends meet.

I've lived here almost two years, and I have never had any issues. It is quiet, and there are always kids out playing. I love this community. Whenever I have issues they are taken care of promptly. The water gets shut off occasionally, but not every week or month. Keep in mind, this is a large community, so of course there is going to be different experiences. The building I live in is great. The people are quiet. When I walk my dogs the other buildings around mine are generally quiet too. The people with bad experiences here giving bad reviews must be your normal turn-of-the-mill people that "had a bad experience". Realistically, a person can have a bad experience anywhere if he or she gets put next to a noisy neighbor, just has bad luck, or has a bad attitude. Also, they always have a clean pool near my apartment complex. As for the person complaining about the pool always being nasty, I have no idea what they are talking about. I think the reason the rent is cheaper here is because the buildings are older, not because it is a "bad neighborhood". The buildings are older, but they are decent. The main problem I have is the parking. The parking spots were made for compact cars or something. I had a hard time getting out of my car, but I am pretty used to that. It doesn't bother me that much. I just see it as a minor nuisance. Anyway, I would be skeptical of the bad reviews here. I think they are just people that had unfortunate experiences in an overall cozy apartment complex.

At the time I had a one bedroom for $405 a month after utilities and taxes it came out to $465 a month. The staff is very unhelpful and unclear with rules and policies. Everyone does have a different answer. I had a 12month lease that turned into a 13 month lease because the 60 day policy which was unclear because of communication(both mine and office's fault.) 1. Water was shut off a couple times a month 2. If you want something done, call every day. 3. Understand it's a bad neighborhood but you get a good price because of that. 3.5. Usually bad neighbors with cheaper prices. 4. Pools were always disgusting. 5. Poor lighting at night. 6. If you have a complaint, contact Milestone, ignore the office entirely. 1. Complain to hire ups, they are more than willing to accommodate you.(Free months rent for me) 2. Cheap for what you get 3. Close to bus routes, bars, restaurants, etc. I hated the complex for a while but if you stick to yourself the place isn't bad at all. I called everyday when needing something fixed which was almost everything when we first moved I'm but nothing afterwards. Pest control maybe once, while I lived there. Neighbors were too lazy to toss their garbage so stairwells and hallways were usually smelly or unsightly. Talked to the neighbors instead of the office because they did nothing.

The manager was the rudest person i have ever met! I had actually planned on living here and came moving day, none of my paperwork was done... They had messed it up and nobody had told me it was sent back for review and that it had been just sitting there for a week, waiting for the manager. Long story short, the manager, Jerrianne, did nothing but belittle me and act like she was better than everyone, especially me. I asked for all of my money back, and for the lease to be shredded. I couldn't believe how rude she was, both to myself and her staff in front of me. I am NEVER coming back.
