The bathrooms for the rooms are located right outside and adjacent to the rooms, and are listed as shared. In reality the individual(s) renting the room(s) will have almost exclusive use of the bathrooms (and the responsibility to keep them clean). I do have a 10 year old daughter who lives with me 50% of the time, so if on that very rare occasion she needs to use the bathroom to wash her hands, or otherwise, I'd like to keep that option open; hence, they are being advertised as being shared.
As mentioned above, I do have female minor child present at home who lives with me 50% of the time, and presently the rooms are rented to two females one Sac State student (renting since August 2014) and the other is a non-student working female professional.
NOTE: If you are a student with a verifiable GPA of 3.2 or above, then at my discretion I may offer you a discount. If discount is offered you will have to maintain your GPA standing of 3.2 or above to keep the discretionary discount.
This is an ideal environment for a student who is mature and goal oriented or a professional who wants to save money and be able to live in a quiet and friendly environment.

Serious inquiries only. Please respond via email (please use your Google, Hotmail or Yahoo email - IP scan is conducted to verify origin within the US or if it is from outside of US), and include your phone, name and best time to call. 2. How long were you planning to rent?
3. If a student, which college will you be attending and what is your current GPA (GPA not required, but needed to discuss possible discretionary discount)?
4. If not a student, what is your current income and how long have you worked for your current employer? Your income should be verifiable - paycheck, bank statements, etc.
If student: how will you be paying for rent - job, student aid, etc., should be verifiable
5. If parent(s) assisting then they will need to be co-signer(s) and will need to clear background check as well?
