I have lived in my apartment for 3 months now. There are always things to complain about but I honestly have had a really good experience living here. The reviews are so negative and I'm confused why. Other than the fact that people LOVE to complain. This is a nice spot to live, people. Not too expensive and pretty. The apartment complex is very large which I'm sure is why people complain about maintenance speed but my experience with the office crew has been wonderful. Partially because I am extremely respectful to them because they are humans working in a service position and deserve respect. Darron is the man!!! He has worked on his days off for me and made my move in so smooth.
This is the worst company we have ever rented from, so slow when calling maintenence might take two weeks to actually get to you. Dog poop everywhere , over priced rent for crappy half falling apart apartments (but mine was supposed to be upgraded ) my sink literally fell out of the counter in the kitchen and It took maintenence 4 hours to get to me. The office is so rude the workout room is complete bs. I mean I could go on and on about negative things but I can't find one good thing about this place. Military stay far far far away!! Heck anyone stay far far far away this place is so horrible. And the security team are just as rude had one give me the bird because I asked him to talk to the children playing by my car. And the kids that live here know no boundaries my car has been scratched twice already because they place around people's cars. I mean this place is like living in hell. I wish I could give it no stars. Oh and bugs spiders are all in the apartments and black mold is a huge issue they don't take car of. They just put new paint down and yell you not to put your furniture on the wall. My lease ends in january and I told them 6 months out that I was leaving. Counting down the days !!!!
Hate these apartments. Even the renovated ones. All ground apartments have a moisture problem and and nearly impossible to fix on your own and you get no support from the office to fix. Now I have mold growing everywhere in all corners and all I can do is spray chemicals around with my family here. Had a summer party never got my deposit back when I was supposed to. And office will not let tenants know of changes or new monthly charges until the bill is outstanding. I know many people who live here and each one of us say the same thing.
Very noisy at any time of day. Hardly any available parking spots for guests. The management told us our lease is up august 1 many times through email, phone calls and texts. Come to find out our lease isn't up til Aug 31. We bought a house and are moving on July 24th... horrible managment. I did not enjoy living here.
Just broke my lease to escape. Office staff doesnt have a single clue. When asked to fix health-related issues (broken glass rained on my apt from a prior tenant on 3rd floor and smoking tennants triggering my allergies) they walk into another room, come back out and claim it'll be handled. What you'll find out is that they NEVER document a thing here. Go in and ask for a list of complaints you had for maintenance - they blankly stare at you. My fridge has been OUTSIDE since December since they wont fix the noise it produces. Got a 3 day eviction notice at one point because it was outside and breaking my lease. Asked them to tell me how many times I'd reported the issue and the assistant manager blankly stared and never answered me. WORST - they fired this lady, but still - they tried to embezzle a few months back from EVERY apartment. They did not produce our utility bills, so no one paid on time, thus incuring a 3 day eviction notice. The response when asked? "You call us and we tell you how much to pay, then you just pay it, says so in your lease" Asked to be shown this wording in the lease, explained how that wasn't billing me and I was not paying - they kicked me out of the office. They found her to be trying to scam us each out of hundreds of dollars AND, btw, if you break your lease EVER - you owe $2000 ANDD rent for every month remaining even though you dont. When breaking my lease - they had the gual to require a doctor's note stating my medical issues - asthma - which the smokers in the NON SMOKING BUILDINGS were triggering. They talk you down like having a common ailment is somehow demeaning to THEM. You've been warned, you'd rather run your junk through broken glass, trust me.
