I have lived in my apartment for 3 months now. There are always things to complain about but I honestly have had a really good experience living here. The reviews are so negative and I'm confused why. Other than the fact that people LOVE to complain. This is a nice spot to live, people. Not too expensive and pretty. The apartment complex is very large which I'm sure is why people complain about maintenance speed but my experience with the office crew has been wonderful. Partially because I am extremely respectful to them because they are humans working in a service position and deserve respect. Darron is the man!!! He has worked on his days off for me and made my move in so smooth.
The opposite of luxury and stress free living. I've lived in the Boulders at Puget Sound for about 7 months now, and am counting down the days till my lease is up. I was attracted to this place by their beautiful website, and when coming in for a tour, the gorgeous club house. We pay for a newly renovated unit, which is by far the cheapest remodel I have ever seen. Before signing the lease, we toured our unit, and asked for a few things to be fixed before we moved in, they happily said yes, but never got done. Shortly after moving in, things started falling apart. Our sink had been dripping underneath after a few months, which in turn cause mildew growth. I put a work order in, and nobody showed up for a week. I then submitted another, and still nothing. I called in, and was told their repair staff was busy due to "exploding water heaters in other units" as if that was some sort of excuse and was supposed to make me feel better. I then told the person on the phone my kitchen was infested with flies and gnats, to the point i couldn't make dinner without them attacking the food on the counter instantly. At least 150 flies in my tiny kitchen. I kept calling, still no response. 24 days it took to get someone out to my unit and it was repaired horribly. The cabinets under the sink now bow outwards, and a piece of plywood is now under there. Maybe my idea of "luxury" is different then theirs, since they took the original trim off, painted it white, and slap it back on the wall. nail holes are on all of them. That is literally one of 7 or 8 problems (including heater not working, leaking pipes behind walls [all of which were equally frustrating to get fixed]). I chose to ignore the reviews, and am paying for the consequences. I am so unbelievably blown away at the level of unprofessionalism at this place. on top of it all, our building loses power like once a month for about 5-6 hours, maintenance crew is loud, obnoxious, vulgar, 80% of the staff has a bad attitude. I know I'm not alone in my beliefs, because I have talked with multiple other residents who are eager to jump ship. I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for, and this place is far from it.
This is the worst company we have ever rented from, so slow when calling maintenence might take two weeks to actually get to you. Dog poop everywhere , over priced rent for crappy half falling apart apartments (but mine was supposed to be upgraded ) my sink literally fell out of the counter in the kitchen and It took maintenence 4 hours to get to me. The office is so rude the workout room is complete bs. I mean I could go on and on about negative things but I can't find one good thing about this place. Military stay far far far away!! Heck anyone stay far far far away this place is so horrible. And the security team are just as rude had one give me the bird because I asked him to talk to the children playing by my car. And the kids that live here know no boundaries my car has been scratched twice already because they place around people's cars. I mean this place is like living in hell. I wish I could give it no stars. Oh and bugs spiders are all in the apartments and black mold is a huge issue they don't take car of. They just put new paint down and yell you not to put your furniture on the wall. My lease ends in january and I told them 6 months out that I was leaving. Counting down the days !!!!
Good Place to Live but If you dont like Comcast/Xfinity (which service sucks here for it) than dont move here, because its the only service wired to and allow to be wired to this complex -so says click and wave broadband-
Very noisy at any time of day. Hardly any available parking spots for guests. The management told us our lease is up august 1 many times through email, phone calls and texts. Come to find out our lease isn't up til Aug 31. We bought a house and are moving on July 24th... horrible managment. I did not enjoy living here.
