Trenton Towers has a short wait status on standard studio units. Trenton Towers Co-op Apartments has come to be a healthier and safer environment to live in by becoming 100% smoke free. Smoking is not allowed within the individual apartments, the common areas, and within 25 feet of the building.
Trenton Towers is a beautiful and well-maintained building, with great people that care about keeping it that way. Join in crafts, bingo, cards, potlucks, movie night and much more! Join the Garden Club and help plant flowers to keep our landscaping beautiful. Enjoy a picnic on the patio or at nearby Elizabeth Park, which is just a short distance from the building.
Participate in the management and decision-making at Trenton Towers by becoming a part of the building council. They make sure our apartments, grounds and common areas are all well-kept and well-maintained by our trained, friendly maintenance staff. We are inviting any senior who has had enough of yard work and is tired of cleaning an abundance of rooms to check out the Towers' riverfront studio apartments. Beautiful views, lovely grounds and a picnic area with a gazebo on the Detroit River are part of the wonderful amenities Trenton Towers has to offer.
Living in a co-op means living in a building that is controlled by the resident members. The resident members vote on all major operating decisions, including writing the annual budget. The membership also includes privileges such as serving in elected or appointed positions, voting in co-op elections, CSI board elections, corporate bylaw changes or other matters coming before the members. Resident members have the opportunity to attend many different functions throughout the year, including the CSI annual luncheon. Becoming part of a CSI co-op allows you to enjoy the benefits of apartment living while retaining control of your environment. To see an apartment or tour the building and grounds, please call (734) 675-3520; then join us on the river!
