The person who is reviewing this complains about 'the woman in charge of maintenance", refers to the "backyard", a "fence" and that the building is in "Red Bank, NJ" THIS building is located in New Brunswick, doesn't have a backyard as it is a 20 story apt building, and has maintenance done by a super and huge team of staff. I've lived here for a little over a year now and have no complaints... Central Air, Doorman, Concierge, beautiful views of the city, Buccluech Park, large apts with big balconies

I am a neighbor of the Colony House, in Red Bank, NJ. The new owners do not keep up the grounds. There is hazard tape up all over the back yard and the fence is falling down, covered with mold and full of termite holes. The woman in charge of maintenance is nasty to the tenants as well as the neighbors, which is unfortunate because the tenants are lovely and so are the neighbors.
